Very good stay, would stay here again

Pros: I have been on many ski trips and was very pleased with the size of the room compared to most rooms I've had during ski trips. Plenty of space and storage for all the things you need to bring. The room had a fridge, plenty of power outlets and balcony which were nice bonuses. Hotel also had ski rental in the reception, spa and pool which were very handy and good. Communication with the hotel prior to arrival was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons: The bathroom was a bit dated, shower curtain wasn't long enough which made the bathroom floor wet when the first person took a shower. Noise from the corridor was easily heard when others were coming back to their rooms late.

Satisfactory and somewhat challenging...

Pros: It was very good to get ski equipment right in the hotel. Staff was very friendly. It is comfortable to purchase breakfast and dinners and it worth doing that when it is very cold outside. Room facilities were good to my mind.

Cons: I bough parking place and it was hard to exit it on 5 in the morning when I had to flight. I asked personnel to take care about it but nothing was done... I would care to clean the ice from the forward parking place because to get to stairs becomes ... challenging. Sound isolation is not good, I knew which languages are spoken in my neibour rooms :-)

Pros: Great location, short walk to gondola, near shops and restaurants. Rooms clean and fresh towels given everyday. Quiet at night. Good value for money. Spa nice after a day of skiing.

Pros: I liked the hospitality and the comfort that they gave me after i was injured and they consideration for me.

Cons: Some misunderstanding at the begining, but later one solved!

Very nice clean and close to ski area hotel

Pros: Very good and warm swimming pool, big and clean rooms and close enough to the ski area and town. Free beer and wine in the dinner

Pros: Spa facilities were really good (only thing i would of liked is longer opening times.

Cons: Buffet Food tasted good but had always cooled down while sitting under the lamps

Excellent. We would happily stay there again.

Pros: The staff were excellent and made a real effort to make us feel welcome. We needed an apartment with basic cooking facilities and this fit the bill perfectly.

Cons: We put the two kids in the bedroom as they went to bed earlier than us which left us sleeping on the sofa bed, which wasn’t very comfortable.

Great value and really happy with it.

Pros: The apartments are very spacious. The staff are very friendly.

Cons: Breakfast and the shuttle were late for us. The gondola gets busy so earlier the better. The manager loves the bus to 20 mins earlier. But to be honest that was still too late.

CHANGE SOME FURNITURES.

Pros: GOOD TEAM OF THE HOTEL AND ESPECIALLY OF THE RESTAURANT

Cons: VERY OLD AND ALMOST BROKEN BEDS
