Overall it was a really good hotel with great staff and facilities.

Pros: Breakfast meals were adequate, some butter for the toast would have been nice.

Cons: No butter at breakfast for toast, some of the evening meals were not very hot and poor quality.

Pros: It was definitely great value for the money. The apartment was spacious, with two floors and two bedrooms, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was decent, and while the location wasn't exactly central, through a shortcut, it was not far from the gondola, which was a big plus. Pool and SPA were just fine.

Cons: The biggest downside is the location of the spa. If you're not staying in the main building, you have to walk outdoors through the garden to get there. It's not ideal in winter, but I guess that's part of why the price is lower.

Pros: The rooms were clean and the pool and saunas are nice, location was good. The hot chocolate (from breakfast) was surprisingly good. 👍

Cons: The food served during dinner often lacked taste and could definitely be improved. The breakfast was decent.

Pleasant stay at Winslow Infinity

Pros: The staff was friendly, the room was spacious, clean and warm. The breakfast was tasty and had a good enough variety to choose from, they offered free transfer to the lifts which we didn't use as the hotel is located close to the lifts so it was a short walk. We found free parking just outside the hotel (even though I think the hotel offers free underground parking). We will recommend to friends.

Cons: In general all was fine, the only negative was that we found the water in the pool to be not as warm as we had expected.

Pros: Very nice hotel with clean and spacious rooms, pretty good service! There is SPA centre with one not too big but clean pool, steam bath, sauna, salt room and Turkish bath. Breakfast is enough tasty but not too variety. What is very important for us, there is children room and playground
