Pros: The location is great. Only 10 minutes walk to the Gondola and other ski lifts. The apartment was clean and spacious. The host was very helpful and friendly. We will certainly come back again.

Cons: The apartment will benefit from either a vacuum cleaner or a sweeping brush. Otherwise everything else was excellent.

Good value for money place close to centre of Borovets.

Pros: Place is located 5-7 mins walk from both of the resort's lift areas. It is a studio with a large bed and a very large reclining sofa which is big enough for 2, even 3 adults. It is clean with fully equipped kitchen, 4th floor with lift.

Cons: Parking spaces are limited around the building, especially if snow has accumulated, the rest of the resort is paid parking area. Place only has 1 roof window and no balcony so quite dark. Kitchenware quite limited.

Cons: There is limited parking outside the building. It lacks kitchen appliances, e.g a larger chopping board.

Perfect location and room to stay in Borovets!

Pros: Room was super spaceish even with 4 people and kitchenette was fully stocked making the space very comfortable. Owner was also super responsive and friendly

Pros: Perfect for what we needed. Clean and comfortable, good size room.

Cons: A blind on the velux window would have been good to keep light out first thing in the morning

Great apartment

Pros: The apartment was spotlessly clean, the kitchen had everything you would need, the shower had good pressure and the hot water tank was big enough for our needs. The owner was very helpful, his instructions for checking in were clear and he was quick to respond to queries. There is a lift to the top floor. The apartment was quiet.

Cons: The building has limited parking spaces but there are free parking spots a short walk away, so not really a problem.

Pros: Хороший чистый номер в отеле. На кухне всего достаточно.

Cons: Сдается частным лицом - нет уборки, смены белья. Не страшно, но неожиданно. При этом - проживание в отеле. Кривой пол в ванне - стоит вода в поддоне душа.

Чудесна стая, таваните не ни допаднаха особено

Pros: Студио-апартаментът беше чист, уютен, имаше електрическа печка и беше топло, както и постоянно топла вода. Имаше сешоар, течен сапун и шампоан. Пиша, тези неща заради предишни ревюта, които четох. Стаята е страхотна и удобна. Ключът се предава чрез кутия закрепена на вратата, не се налага да говорим със собствениците или да чакаме на рецепция. За наше голямо удобство, бяхме уведомени по-рано от пристигането си, че стаята вече е готова и може веднага да се настаним. Това беше много приятно. Доволни сме от престоя си, за съотношението цена-качество е повече от прекрасно.

Cons: Единственото нещо, което не се предвижда е ниския таван. На площ студиото изглежда голямо, но реално скосените тавани ограничават много пространството. Ние постоянно си биехме главите от таваните и усещането не е много приятно. Нямаше щора на прозореца и сутрин рано е прекалено светло.
