Pros: Everything was very, very, very clean. The space was spotless on arrival and clearly well maintained, which made the stay comfortable and stress free. The property felt fresh, tidy, and well cared for throughout.

Cons: The only downside was that there was no washing machine, which would have been helpful, especially for a longer stay.

Amazing stay

Pros: This hotel was really worth it, location, value, cleanliness, approachable staff. The room we had was very spacious, we only encountered 1 issue which was the massage chair, wouldn't work whatsoever. But other than that, it was great

Pros: The room was a decent size, there was well sized wardrobe, as well as a personal safe for personal belongings. There were complementary drinks (coffee, tea and mineral water) and a decent sized fridge. The amenities were very thoughtfully prepared.

Cons: It was a little hard to find because it is situated directly behind a children's playground.

Pros: Highly professional and genuinely helpful staff. The receptionists welcome you with warmth and friendliness. When entering the apartment the rooms feel fresh, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture. Powerful Fuji air cons are a definite bonus - especially in summer. Thanks to the attentiveness of the cleaning staff, you'll be provided with complimentary water, new towels and toileteries on a daily basis - cheers Radoslava 🤗 Last but not least the spacious balcony showcases a near panoramic view of the Youth hill and the Alyosha monument.

Pros: This is a good place to stay for a few days. Very comfortable and cozy room with nice 24 hours service. The wide underground parking place. There two restaurant at the first floor.

Exceptional Stay – Spacious, Cozy, and Perfectly Located!

Pros: Our stay at the Deluxe Apartment was excellent! The room was very spacious, comfortable, and warm, with an ideal temperature at all times, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. We could order food from the restaurants on the ground floor or dine in, and we tried both options, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The location was perfect and quiet, just a 10-minute drive from the city center, with a shopping mall and Starbucks only a 7-minute walk away. We highly recommend it!

Cons: While our stay was mostly enjoyable, there were a couple of things that could be improved. The kitchen lacked sufficient utensils like plates and spoons, and there was no dish soap provided, which meant I had to keep reusing the same two items. Additionally, I was surprised that the apartment relied on A/C instead of natural gas heating. My husband is allergic to dust. From the first night, he began coughing and feeling uncomfortable, a reaction that persisted throughout our stay and only occurred inside the apartment. This leads me to believe the A/C units may not be cleaned as regularly as needed.

Pros: It was nicely furnitured, clean and our apartments had a great view being higher in the building. I think it had everything needed. Location was also nice, it has good restaurant and in front has a small park with playground for the kids. Nearby a big supermarket and a small shopping center.

Cons: A bit difficult for parking even though places were free, few available on the streets around the hotel. One of the bathrooms was a bit smelly.

Comfortable and relaxing time at City Park in Plovdiv.

Pros: Clean, comfortable, spacious and quiet apartments with helpful and friendly staff. Good location.

Cons: Only a small thing, but could have done with a few more equipment items in the kitchen. But we managed without.

Pros: New, modern, cozy, specious apartments. Air-conditioned with daily housekeeping. Underground parking, walking distance from Mall, Supermarkets and Restaurants. In the building itself, there are 2 Restaurabts, caffes, kids clubs and a few shops.

Cons: Not enough kitchenette stuff - plates, glasses etc.

Excellent 👌

Pros: Everything is on point,clean cozy room and bathroom,big comfortable bedroom and TV screen in front of it.

Cons: Only one small remark:it’s needed a small trash can in the room.
