Pros: I liked the location. The building is new. You have parking place.

Cons: One of the internet cable on the Tv is not working. But I connected to the Wi fi and everything was Ok.

Pros: Location, parking, large rooms, security codes to doors so no need to meet with someone for check-in/out, nets on windows to keep mosquitoes out.

Cons: Very small kitchen, noises from shops on the ground floor (loading/unloading goods early morning).

Pros: The apartments were new and modern. The location is perfect for a family Close distance to the most places you would like to visit in Asenovgrad

Best value for money in town

Pros: This is not my first stay here. I always book this place when in town. My favourite is the Deluxe Queen Studio (the one on the pics), as it is perfect for a solo traveller like me. It even has actual stove and oven in addition to the microwave. I like also that all studios and apartments cost the same for 1 guest, regardless of their size. Plus it's easy to book, smooth key-less check-in, parking for hotel guests with chargers for e-cars. Perfect location for street food and one restaurant across the street, for walks and for shopping at Billa, Lidl, DM. Also like the fact that there are moqsquito nets on the windows, as I prefer to open the window and only use the A/C when temp is not bearable. Haven't had to use the A/C in summer yet - I think the rooms are designed to stay cool in hot weather (but I am only there after working hours, so I don't know during the day). Perfectly clean and still so very new.

Cons: Nothing that I don't really like :) Just some useful notes to the other guests: this place is not for those who prefer a receptionist behind the desk and breakfast included in the room. But in return you get quick and flawless check in and the place is in the middle of supermarkets and food options and has well equipped kitchen, so I personally prefer it much more this way, as it gives you better flexibility for check in time and food. I am really fed up of boring hotel breakfast :) When I don't give it the max score for facilities and comfort, it is mainly because the bathroom doesn't have a shower cab, but I found out how to shower without even having to mop afterwards and it works just fine.

Very good value for the money you pay

Pros: The place was clean, with good facilities and very quiet. Compared to other places in town, this place offers way more for the value of money you pay. Would definitely use it again and strongly recommend it!

Pros: Nice location, nice furniture, it had a parking lot. Big studio. Excellent price.

Cons: Cleanliness can be better. The elevator button and the floor number are different.

Cons: Usually in such apartments they provide a kitchen for cooking and cooking utensils. there were some things but no pots and electric cooker. There was no kettle for hot water for tea or other use. there was only a microwave oven which is basically useless if the rest are not there. During our stay, a man entered the apartment while I was in the bathroom and my wife in bed with headphones on, making us feel uncomfortable. When I contacted the accommodation, they told me that this man knock door many times and no one answer and that works for them and wanted to know if we needed anything and to throw away the trash. When we booked this apartment there was no information about cleaning services and no one informed us that someone will come and what time or if we want any services like this. Best stay in Asenovgrad

Pros: It was very modern, comfortable and clean. You have everything you need for short or long stay. It is very quiet and felt just like home.

Pros: It's an ok place and it was clean. It's kind of lost identity place - no hotel, but neither self contained place. Small and compact kind of self contained space.

Cons: No kettle, no shower but wet room. Shared balcony. No means to store any clothes. Not enough cutlery or crockery. Coffee machine but no capsules or whatever it takes or any guidance where to buy.

Pros: everything is working automatically. you have a code and don't need any keays. you can arrive any time. I had feeling that we were first people there :). everything was clean. Very comfortable beds. it's near to the train and bus station.

Cons: not all apartments are ready. you can hear some noise. but the workers were starting at 8 or later
