Pros: We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. Everything was exactly as described — very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The host was professional, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Communication was clear and smooth from start to finish. The indoor parking was a great advantage, especially during heavy snowfall, and made our stay much more convenient. We truly felt comfortable and well taken care of. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this place to other guests.

Good apartment closed to Gondola

Pros: Cozy, big and nice apartment next to Gondola. Practically there are 5 min walking with skies and boots to the Gondola. The apartment is fully equipped and also you can find useful leftovers from previous tenants. The terrace is big. The apartment is spacious and warm. And there is an useful parking place.

Cons: The staff is quite inexistent. We asked for a baby cot and after initial aceptance, they return to us with a refusal. Also, we asked some items to be fixed that were damaged at our arrival and nothing happened. We found dirty dishes in the washing machine and dirt on the carpets. Regarding the drainage in the shower you need a lot of patience.

Sve je bilo savrseno, docicemo sigurno opet.

Pros: Stan je savrsen, ima sve sto treba za boravak porodice na nekoliko dana a i na duzi period. Lokacija je odlicna, potrebno je samo nekoliko minuta do gondole. Ima i garazu sto je veliki plus. Ljubazan domacin.

Ski vacation

Pros: Big apartment, cozy, clean, with all necessary amenities and private parking. Perfect location next to ski lift, shops, restaurants, situated in the center of Bansko. Really nice place!
