Unforgettable experience

Pros: Good location to slopes, stores and town. Clean, warm, cozy, full of amenities, safe, comfortable bed, flexible check in, quiet, polite staff

Pros: We had a good time in Bansko and the apartment was very nice.

Cons: It is quite far from the gondola if you are carrying skis. Therefore, I recommend that you drive to the gondola lift parking lot.

Pros: Our stay here was fantastic. The apartment is in a quiet street which is very close to the main area and the gondola. The apartment is spacious, clean and has beautiful views. Raya was an excellent help. I ended up getting injured whilst snowboarding and she made sure to check up on me and ensure that I had everything I needed. She also helped me out when I couldn’t find a taxi. The spa is also good. I highly recommend this place.

Lovely apartment in bankso

Pros: We had the most fantastic time snowboarding in Bansko, Raya is a really lovely host and made us feel so welcome, even organising airport transfers and breakfast from the bakery for us. Everything was super clean and the spa was even better than we expected. We will be staying again for sure!

So happy with this place!

Pros: If all hosts were like Raya Bulgarian tourism would have blossomed. You cannot dream of better attititude: Raya's always there to help with information, to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The apartment we were in was with two spacious rooms, fully-equipped kitchen, very warm and clean. We were with our 3-year-old son who loved the kids' space on the 1st floor. The location of the building is very convenient - 10 minutes walking to the city center (even with the little one) and the Gondola. The street's still very quiet and feels pleasant. Do not underestimate the free parking, either - that's a must in Bansko. Overall, super happy with our stay, I would wholeheartedly recommend Raya's place!

Pros: Perfect location—close to everything you need, including the ski lift, supermarket, bars, and restaurants. The great reviews, the spa, the well-equipped kitchen, and the ping-pong table also caught our attention and the superb hospitality.

Cons: Nothing.

Very kind staff and an apartment with everything you need

Pros: Raya was so welcoming and helpful, we had the best family vacation. Especially the playroom was amazing for all the little kids, and the spa was great after a long day of ski! We rented several apartments for our extended family and had a great time.

Pros: Raya was absolutely lovely and welcoming, as was her mother. We rented several apartments for our extended family and had such a great time! The spa is beautifully made, the play room is amazing for little kids (just make sure to clean up after) and the kitchens have everything you might need, including a real oven (it’s not just a kitchenette). There is parking right in front of the property. Apartment 1 opens directly on the garden so we will have to come back in summer to take advantage of that because it looks great! Thank you Raya for your kindness and flexibility 🙏

Pros: Everything 😄 Owners are very nice, polite and helpful, excellent hosts! The room was clean, comfortable, with everything that we need. Location is great, center and old town are near, about 10 min walking.
