Pros: very clean & presentable. in an amazing location, and great price. The staff got in touch asking if I had questions, any problems, etc. very helpful

Pros: Un apartament drăguț și primitor Raportat calitate -pret,excelent.

Cons: Caloriferul din dormitor nu funcționa, am folosit aerul condiționat care a făcut față,dar trebuie luat in considerare că afară au fost până în 0 grade. Am transmis aceasta problemă și proprietarului.

Pros: Апартаментът е с хубаво местоположение и разполага с всички необходими удобства.

Cons: Отношението на персоналът в ресторанта и на басейна беше меко казано нелюбезно и грубо, а това разваля хубавите впечатления от всичко останало.

Pros: Чисто, уютно, есть много полезных мелочей, большая бесплатная парковка рядом. Хорошая кухня, неплохой балкон. Очень тепло. 10 минут пешком до центра Банско. Приятный в общении персонал. Предоставили детскую кровать за 5 лева в день.

Cons: Персонал запросил оплату наличными за уборку сверх той цены, что указана на букинге. Цена за 2 ночи получилась почти на 50 процентов дороже. Об этом уведомили за 4 дня до заезда, но мы прочитали только по приезду. Такое у нас впервые за все время пользования Букингом. Такие вещи должны быть сразу заложены а цену, а не обговариваться в чате после бронирования.

Pros: Everything was perfect - top location, amazing price, comfortable bed, sleeping couch, clean sheets, towels and as a whole, heating was on. Host allowed us to bring small dog. Easy contact, quick replies.

Pros: Everything. One of the best apartments I have rented in Bansko (out of 7-8 so far). I would consider to book it again, if/when going back to Bansko.

Cons: Sofa bed (didn't get a decent one in Bansko yet).
