Where Luxury Meets Comfort

Pros: Our stay was one of those experiences that genuinely feels special from the moment you walk into the penthouse – it isn’t just a place to sleep; it’s an experience. The place is stunning and truly lives up to its name — elegant, spacious, bright, beautifully designed, full of thoughtful touches that make it feel instantly welcoming and equipped with everything you could ever possibly need. The penthouse was spotless — genuinely one of the cleanest properties we’ve ever stayed in! Everything felt fresh and perfectly maintained, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We especially appreciated the smooth private check-in and the fast WiFi that worked perfectly throughout; they made everything effortless. Both bedrooms are en-suite, offering plenty of privacy and comfort, and the entire space felt luxurious yet wonderfully homely — a rare combination. The location couldn’t be better — peaceful and quiet, yet just a very short and pleasant walk from everything in town.

Cons: We love it and left feeling recharged and already dreaming of coming back.

Pros: Beautiful, stylish and very clean appartments with amazing view. Very kind and friendly hosts assisting with any details. Quite good SPA zone is included. Ski rental and restorant are quite good and fulfilling all you needs. All personal is very friendly and helpful. Special regard to the man from Ski rental!

Pros: We arrived late after midnight, the owners of the apartment welcomed us warmly and as soon as we entered we felt at home, the apartment looks better than in the photos Its a private apartment but the use of all the hotel facilities is the same, Pool and Spa facilities are grate and for free, breakfest one of the best in Bansko thanks to oyla and her husband

Awesome Penthouse!!! Best Place We've Ever Stayed!

Pros: Elegant and very comfortable apartment. It is incredibly spacious with stunning mountain views. Spotless, clean and immaculately kept. Fully equipped with everything you could possibly need or think of. Great location close to the gondola lift and downtown, offering both convenience and tranquillity. The owners were just perfect, very efficient and willing to help with anything. The SPA, the big pool, the great warm jacuzzi and two saunas - Finnish and steam. What else, really... Friendly tip: If you come across this apartment – just book it!

Pros: Everything was up to our expectations - clean, spacious apartment with all what family on holidays would need. Hosts welcoming and very accommodating- helped with all of the information needed. Reception staff in hotel very helpful (although apartment is privately owned and not a part of a hotel) - staff lovely and helpful. Strongly recommend.

Pros: Very comfortable, clean and well equipped apartment. Lovely and quiet.Great location near the road to the top of the gondola. The hosts went out of their way to assist us after we had issues with sorting our deposit. Would definitely recommend.

Superb, spacious and clean to perfection

Pros: The apartment was absolutely gorgeous! As we were a group of 4 families staying in the same hotel, I'm definitely sure we got lucky as our suite was the most luxurious, most beautifully furnished and impressively spacious! It was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and in general.
