Private Suite at Comfort Bansko

Pros: A really hot and comfort apartment , at the best location of the town.......

Pros: We spent 4 nights here in August and found the accommodations quite good. The apartment is quite spatious and exactly as shown in the pictures. The kitchen has all the essentials for cooking some basic meals during your stay. The beds are comfortable, and having two bathrooms was nice for our group of four. There is no air-conditioning in the unit, which made it a bit unpleasant in the hot afternoons of August, but we knew this beforehand. One thing we didn't know is that this is an apartment in a building that is otherwise a hotel. The apartment is owned by a private individual who rents it out, and this is separate from the management of the hotel. At the time of our stay, the hotel was not working, which created a rather strange atmosphere: a few guests; nobody at the reception desk; empty hallways.

Cons: We never met the owner and didn't have a direct way to contact her (a phone number to call would have been nice). Since the hotel in which the apartment is located was not working, there was no one to turn to with questions about Bansko or practical matters around the apartment (asking for an extra roll of toilet paper via the booking.com website felt bizarre). This added an unpleasant taste of anonymity to what was otherwise a nice stay.

Perfect location , spacious and comfortable

Pros: Perfect location close to the gondola in Bansko, opposite the Kempinski and Sport Hotel. Spacious apartment for us as three friends , easily could have 4 in this apartment . Very comfortable beds. The messaging service with Iva in resort was excellent and the owner was very responsive prior to our trip. Great to have two bathrooms (one with bath/shower and second with shower). The living space with dining table and comfy sofa beds was great too and good kitchen facilities . Large tv where you can log on to Netflix .

Cons: Great to have two bathrooms but there was a leak issue under the shower and bath (typical I would say in Bansko for apartments ) , the manager told us about this and it should be sorted in the off season. Didn’t spoil our stay.

Pros: everything was absolutely perfect! The place has a great location, and everyone was super helpful. Can definitely recommend :)

Great experienxe and wonderful stay!

Pros: Super easy accessible, very close to the gondola and city center. Very friendly owner. We loved the visit and will definitely come back again!

Cons: Noting to complain at all!

Pros: Все было чисто, все новое, вся необходимая утварь на кухне, тепло, уютно, два сан узла, два холодильника, кофеварка, тостер. Все было прекрасно!

Pros: We had a great stay. The apartment was fully equipped ,even with two refrigerators. Great location, 5 minute walk to the Gondola. We had a small issue with water not going down in the shower, but besides that everything was great

Pros: We had an amazing stay at this hotel apartment! The location was perfect—just a short walk to both the ski slopes and the town, making it incredibly convenient for skiing and exploring. The apartment itself was spotless, tidy, and wonderfully warm, which was exactly what we needed after a day in the snow. The host was fantastic—so helpful and attentive to all our needs, making sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. My daughters and I had such a great time and felt right at home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, convenient, and welcoming getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

Pros: Ήταν πραγματικά πάνω από τις προσδοκίες μας!! Ένα πολύ άνετο, ωραία διακοσμημένο διαμέρισμα στην καλύτερη τοποθεσία που θα μπορούσε να είναι!!! Ήταν όλα πολύ καθαρά και προσεγμένα,!!! Πραγματικά το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!!

Cons: Δεν υπήρχε τίποτα που να μην μας άρεσε!!! Ίσως αν είχε πάρκινγκ θα ήταν πιο βολικό!!!

Pros: Clean and warm, perfect location to buy anything you need, nice stuff to offer lots of help.

Cons: Both shower tubs need to be changed, especially the small one where the water overflows from the bottom.
