Place was great

Pros: Very cozy apartments with a mountain view. The location is absolutely fantastic—very close both to the mountains (for nature walks) and to the town center/civilization. It was very warm inside the apartment, and there was a sufficient supply of towels and blankets. The place was extremely clean and spacious. A big thank you to Vladimir and Sashka!

Pros: Excellent apartment, super clean, super warm, everything you need for a great stay, and the internet is very fast. Great location, nice and spacious private parking. The staff and owner are very friendly and nice, they'll answer any questions and help you with anything. I highly recommend them!

Pros: Nice studio, we were with a 10 month old baby, and it was perfect. The hosts were really nice. Although the hotel part is also nice, there is good coffee in the lodge bar.

Nice and cozy room

Pros: The room was situated in very nice area on the upper side of Bansko. Beautiful views. Warm and cosy. The owner was helpful.

Cons: The room is not in a hotel and it was a little bit confusing the listing about the saouna and the indoor pool. The sauna and the indoor pool are located in a hotel which has the same name but you have to cross the road and go to an other building and pay 30 leva per person. The spa was very crowded and doesn't worth the money. The room needs a coffee machine, Nespresso or something like that. You will need a car for restaurants and bars.

Pros: the apartment was clean and comfortable. Nice view of the mountains and the pool.

Pros: Exceptional choice especially for families. The host was very helpfull. Shaska, who was the host's assistant or representative in Bansko, was extremelly willing to take care of every need. I give Shaska more than 10 out of 10. She left us more than satisfied with her services, she took care of everything on the spot! Thank you for a memorable stay. We 'll visit the appartement again soon!

Pros: Conveniantly organized studio, great location right next to the forest.

Cons: Booking Said It was a one-bedroom apartment, so we thought we would have a separate bedroom, nevertheless, we had great time there.

Cons: The location wasn't ideal, but at the same time it wasn't that far 15 min walk from the gondola

Pros: We were contacted before going to the hotel. We entered the room easily. The room was perfect, it had everything we were looking for. The beds were clean and comfortable. The view was great. The television had an internet connection. I liked the room, but I cannot say the same for the corridor and building entrance.

Cons: The corridors smell very bad of cats and dogs. There is cat and dog hair on the doormats in front of the doors. The large doormat at the entrance of the building was not cleaned for 3 days.

Pros: Idealna lokacija za porodice sa decom. Studio je bio opremljen i više od naših očekivanja. U kuhinji ima sve kao kod kuće. Bilo je toplo i udobno. Internet takodje odličan. Domaćin nam je mnogo olakšao boravak u Banskom. Imao je odgovore na sva naša pitanja. Sigurno ćemo se vratiti opet.
