It's our new home at Bansko!

Pros: Our host Victoria is very professional and attentive. She provided all the necessary information for our stay in advance. Although we could only communicate through whatsapp, she responded quickly to our messages. Thank you, we hope to be your guest again soon! The apart and all amenities were true to their description on Booking.com. Nicely and functional decorated, bathroom and kitchen very clean, no issues (leak, smell etc.) at all. Instant hot water both in bathroom and kitchen. Bed very comfortable, sofa so-so. Fridge, microwave, water boiler all working flawless. Wifi was fast enough for us (occasiınal whatsapp video calls and web surfing) We didn't have breakfast at the apart's cafe, so can't comment on that. Location is very convenient and quiet at night. Pirin street 5 min.s Gondola station 8 min.s by walking.

Pros: Comfortable and large apartments located close to the lift (9 min walk), shops and restaurants (3 min), at the same time, - in a quiet place. Very responsive and welcoming hosts, they quickly respond to requests and help with all questions. There are 2 balconies, a washing machine, a fan, a microwave, kitchen utensils, a kettle, a 2-burner stove, many sockets, ect. Under the reception there is a spa area with saunas and a small pool, but for a separate fee. Downstairs there is a ski deport, parking spaces are available nearby even during high season. Pets are allowed, for which separate thanks to owners. Highly recommend this apartment. ))

Cons: If any problems or questions arise, the owners quickly resolve them.

Pros: Апартаментът е със супер локация, има място за паркиране, лесен достъп. Беше изключително топло, което за нас беше важно с две малки деца. Има всичко необходимо за престоя, както и прекрасна гледка. Бихме посетили отново.
