Pros: Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ άνετο. Η τοποθεσία του ήταν αρκετά καλή, βρισκόταν πολύ κοντά σε όλα.

Cons: Δεν ήταν ιδιαίτερα πολύ καθαρό. Υπήρχαν σε όλους τους χώρους σκουπίδια (ψίχουλα, τρίχες κλπ). Στο σαλόνι, στο πάνω παράθυρο υπήρχε ένας μεγάλος ιστός αράχνης.
