Perfect flat with bestest host

Pros: I dont know where to start, but will start from begging. Right from first message the host Vera was amazing. The flat is clean, warm, had everything we need it. Amazing location. Host Vera, the most welcoming i ever met, she met us at 3am, even asked if we are hungry and offered food. Showed everything around the flat. Bottle of wine was waiting for us as well. On wednesday was my sons 10th birthday, she brought flowers for me and present with baloons and card for son and chocolates for all of us to share. She made his day. She also sent a birthday message for him in the morning! Bedding all clean and ironed, beds comfortable, all very clean. Would love to thank them for our warm stay, will definitely come back again.

Cozy place

Pros: Very cozy place. Clean, with all the amenities you will need. Quiet neiberhod with a big parking space. Very nice host.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time in this apartment. Mrs. Vera was extremely kind and genuinely hospitable. From the moment we arrived until our departure, we felt very welcome and comfortable. As for the apartment, there is not much to add—it is a spacious, functional home that had everything we needed. Everything was spotlessly clean, well maintained, and perfectly organized. Simply perfect. Our stay could not have been better. We would also like to sincerely apologize once again for the small damage caused by our daughter. When we visit Bansko again, we already know where we will stay. Thank you very much for everything.

Friendly host who was responsive, great value for money, and disabled friendly

Pros: The host was very friendly and helpful, came to greet us and spoke good English. There was the option of parking underground, or a private larger outdoor car park with more space. From the underground parking there was an elevator to the 5th floor and the whole property therefore was wheelchair accessible. There was two separate bedrooms both with double beds, a sitting area with a useable kitchen area including a large fridge freezer, oven, kettle, microwave, with coffee and sugar left. The bathroom had plenty of shampoo, soap, and cleaning products, mop. There was extra pillows and blankets so the sofa bed could be used. There was a mountain view from the windows. The complex was quiet but it may be because we were out of season. Very good value for money!

Cons: One of the double beds was small but the other large (so as described), but both were very hard. The smaller bedroom was cold as there was no heater but all other areas of the apartment had heaters which you could control. The shower did leak on the floor and the wash basin in the bathroom was small so water often would also go on the floor. The oven was quite dirty with only one pan to cook with and one shelf.

Pros: Everything was perfect. The place felt just like home — very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The owners were extremely kind, and communication was smooth and easy.

Pros: Everything was perfect. The apartment is very nice, with a balcony, clean, and equipped with everything you need. It's very close to the city center also (~10 minutes walking). It has free private parking. The host was welcoming, kind, helpful, and responsive to everything we needed. I strongly recommend the apartment, and hopefully, we'll have the occasion to come again :) Thank you!
