Downtown Alexander Services Apartments

We had a great stay at Alexander Apartments and they fit exactly what we needed. I would stay there again, particularly

Pros: - Location - quick walk to the gondola and close to supermarkets - Large rooms - beds were comfy and there was plenty of storage - Balcony - Clean - Kitchen had enough equipment for cooking - No noise - Good to have a central phone number to call if we had issues and they were responsive over the booking. com messenger beforehand

Cons: - By far the biggest issue was that there was only one key card per apartment meaning we were sharing one key between 4. We asked and apparently no other keys were available. This was pretty annoying as different people wanted to ski at different times. - We booked two apartments but they were not in the same block, they were only a 2 min walk away but still frustrating. - The lifts were broken - Heating is via fan heaters. It feels like a fire risk to leave them on all day/night meaning the apartment can get a bit cold if you don’t do that. - Only one big bath towel per person - Kitchen roll, antibacterial spray and extra toilet roll and bin bags were not provided

Wake up and prepare for ski and the ski until 5PM. Many restaurants where you can have dinner.

Pros: It is close to the Gondola, ski rental and ski schools. Nice appartement.

Cons: The couch bed is small, therefore comfortable only for 2 small children.

Pros: It was clean and near the lift ski (gondola). We will go again in the future if go to Bansko.

Cons: The heating water was leaking on the floor. The rest was perfect.

Pros: Apartamentul este situat aproape de gondolă, foarte spațios, curat și cu chicineta aprovizionată cu strictul necesar.

Ponovo dolazimo sasvim sigurno

Pros: Apartman je prostran, udoban, jako funkcionalan za porodice i izuzetno čist. Posebno ću naglasiti da je jako blizu gondole, ujedno i staze na kojoj se mala deca mogu spuštati sankama ili drugim rekvizitima.

Cons: sve je perfektno.

Good option for a ski purpose travel

Pros: The apartment is clean and fully equipped. The location is very close to the ski gondola, within walking distance. For parking, there is a public parking lot on the street. The cost is approx. 5 EUROS per day. I recommend paying for parking immediately because there is almost permanent surveillance and the wheels are blocked. Overall, it is a very good choice for those who come to Banscko to ski.

Pros: Location is excellent like as appartments. Apps are clean and warm.

Cons: We have booked 2 apps for 2 families of 4. One app was excellent,but in another app one bed was a little bit small.We needed app for 2 adults and to children from 15 and 11. Klick-klack bed wasn't big for two and only one kid could sleep there, and other kid slept with us.

Overall it is very nice and a very good deal. We will come back, for sure.

Pros: The apartment is very clean, comfortable and fully equiped. Also provides enough space for 2-3 persons. It is located 5 min walk to ski gondola and 15 min walk to old city center. The view from the balcony is beautiful. It was very easy to comunicate with the host and someone came to give us the key at the property. At the ground floor it is a supermaket open untill late hours.

Cons: There was no wi-fi at the apartment. There was a working router, you can connet to it, but there is no internet. Also there is no private or free parking. You can park on the street but is a paid public parking. It costs 1,2 leva per hour, maxim 12 leva per day, since it is paid only between 08:00 - 18:00 every day. It can be paid by sms only for bulgarian mobile networks clients. Otherwise you have to pay at the parking booth and you receive parking tickets. I rated only 8, because it would not be fair to rate it the same as other properties that offer free wi-fi and private parking.

We will come next year again.

Pros: We spent a phenomenal vacation with family and friends. The apartments are warm and spacious for a family vacation. The location is excellent near the gondola and the center. We are coming again for sure.

Cons: Bed in the living room is a bit heavy.
