Lovely small aparthotel with spa, if you're looking for quite and relaxing place, this is it.
Pros: The apartment was amazing, looked exactly as in the pictures. Spacios, comfortable, had everything you nedd for your stay. The spa was a bit small, but nice and quite, everything was very clean and relaxing. The receptionist was great and helpfull. We would definitely come back.
Cons: Just minor things. Shower curtain or some sort of barrier would be good in the bathroom, so the water doesn't go everywhere when you're taking shower. Also I would suggest to provide slippers for the guests.

Pros: Spacious apartment with good design. Comfortable beds and good equipment. Coffee machine and capsules. Friendly staff. I highly recommend.
Cons: The water in the bathroom drained with problems.

We spent wonderful four days and we would visit again. All was great.
Pros: The apartment was very clean and cozy. We had everything needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable. We had an air-conditioner and heating units in every room including the bathroom. The water in the pool was very warm and it was a real pleasure. The staff were very friendly and in a great mood all the time.
Cons: The pool was smaller than we expected and had no kids area but the water was great and very warm.

Very nice hotel, perfect location, clean pools, nice sunny terrace, will definitely come back!
Pros: Spacious rooms, wonderful mountain view, fully equipped kitchen, smiley ladies at reception desk.
Cons: Would be nice to have separate blankets for every person. There is no elevator in the property.

A nice stay in Banya
Pros: The host really did their best to welcome us and provide us with the keys even we arrived late at night. The apartment was very nice, relatively new furniture, very comfortable beds! And the spa was great too.
Cons: There is no separate shower cabin (or even a curtain) in the bathroom, so water goes everywhere when you shower. Also, lack of towel rack or hangers made it difficult to dress/undress and keep the clothing articles dry. Suggestion to the owner - please install a nice shower cabin and it will be perfect fit with the rest of the great setup!

Pros: The apartment is spacious and well furnished. Cleanliness is at a good level. The location is central. The spa is not big but has a steam room and a sauna. The pool is small but with mineral water and is warm. There is also a jacuzzi.
Cons: There are two bars opposite the apartment complex where the music was quite loud all night and played almost until early morning. It was noisy and we couldn't sleep well at night. This does not depend on the owners of the complex, but if there is an option, it would be good to discuss with the Municipality of Banya Village to impose some restrictions on observance of quiet hours.

Pros: Двуспалният апартамент беше страхотен, много просторен и чист, с всичко необходимо за 2 семейства - кафемашина, заредена с капсули, печка и котлони, посуда. По-голямата спалня разполага даже с бюро/тоалетка. Спа центърът е малък, но напълно достатъчен за пълноценно прекарване - сауна, парна баня, джакузи и басейн. Селото е много спокойно и приятно, има няколко ресторантчета в непосредствена близост.
Cons: Всичко ни хареса, но една забележка - басейнът в спа центъра изглежда доста по-голям на снимките отколкото е в действителност. Имайте предвид, че няма пос терминал.

Прекрасно място, много чисто и приятно
Pros: Чудесно място на много разумна цена. Апартаментът беше отличен, всичко е много чисто, има всичко необходимо. Спа-центърът е много приятен. Басейнът е малък, но водата беше прекрасна - чиста и топла, беше спокойно и тихо. Персоналът е много любезен. Не очаквахме толкова добро качество на услугата на такава разумна цена. Ще се върнем отново!
Cons: Нищо не попречи на нашата приятна почивка, но само бих отбелязала, че апартаментът с две спални има една баня. Може за някого да е важно да са две.
