Borovets Gardens Apartments TMF

Pros: It was close to the ski slopes and restaurants. The studio was clean and had all the necessary things.

Cons: The extra bed was squeaky and uncomfortable.

Pros: The host was very responsive and helpful, it was easy to communicate with. It was also quite easy with collecting the keys. The location is great, it has a lot of amenities near by. The apartment is equipped with all you need for your stay. Definitely recommend

Good place to stay.

Pros: The hotel was clean and warm and well situated in the resort. Our host was friendly and efficient. The chambermaid was a lovely and helpful lady.

Cons: There is no pool or spa and the restaurant was permanently closed.

Pros: much more spacious than seen in the pictures; two bathrooms were excellent very hot shower water was a big plus after a ski day luminous rooms balcony for each room

Cons: mattresses highly uncomfortable, the sofa in the living room was stained and dirty

Pros: Accommodation easy access to the slopes., and centre of the resort.

Cons: Didn't like the fact that the pool and spa wasn't opened, restaurant and the bar has closed down.

Pros: Excellent location ,few minutes walking to all the restaurants and the slopes. A very nice clean & warm apartment.

Very pleased overall. I would book this again (but would want to make sure the sofa bed was better!)

Pros: Overall the apartment was very convenient. The breakfast options were good. The walk to the ski slopes was not too far. Taxi transfer from the airport and back was excellent. The ski packs and ski pass were pre ordered and we were taken to the ski hire shop by car to get our skis fitted. Very good restaurants nearby - excellent local food and very friendly hosts.

Cons: The sofa bed in the room was very poor quality - thin mattress and creaky when you moved. Would have been good if the swimming pool was open.

Would have no hesitation in re-booking with TMF Apartments.

Pros: Right from when we booked this accommodation the host from TMF couldn't have been more helpful. One of the best things about this booking is that the official TMF photos of the apartment on the Booking.Com website, matched the actual apartment! On arrival the keys were exactly where he said they would be. Everything in the Apartment was working and in good condition. Both bedrooms had balconies looking up towards the mountains. The apartment was an ideal size for a family of 4. I would have no hesitation in re-booking this apartment.

Cons: Nothing to complain about. Happy with everything that TMF had control over. Unfortunately they don't have control over the weather and snowfall :-).

Pros: Apartament potrivit pentru o familie cu 2 copii, destul de curat, cu toate electrocasnicele utile ( cuptor cu microunde, plita, frigider, uscător de par, fierbător pt apa, fier de călcat, etc). Deasemenea, am putut sa ne destindem cu seturile de table/ șah, cărți de joc, chiar și ping-pong 😊. Sistem check-in / check-out eficient.
