Borovets Apartment

Overall, highly recommend this apartment, just hopefully not the dates we want it.

Pros: Everything was lovely and probably better than expected based on the images provided. Wouldn’t hesitate to use this property again. Also, on any questions or concerns raised the host provided immediate responses resolving the questions we raised.

Cons: Only one small downside was that the 4th person in the shower found the hot water had run out. If the limit of available water was made clear beforehand we would have ensured a quick turnaround. I just think maybe some of us made the most of the hot “very powerful” shower after coming in from the cold 🥶 😁

Warm and cosy stay in lovely apartment

Pros: Lovely cosy apartment with everything you would need for a small family. Great hot water and heaters and lots of space for the three of us. 5 min walk to the main centre, but this is a blessing. Not too far, but far enough to be out of the noise and loud evenings. Would definitely book this apartment again.

Cons: Nothing. It was great!

Pros: The location and the size of the apartment.everything were perfect.

Cons: The personnel of the hotel that came to clean the apartment once in a week which practically cleaned nothing.

Lovely flat in good location. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Pros: Big and nice flat. It’s got everything you need for holiday stay. Lovely host who responds very quickly to any questions and requests. The check in and check out can’t be easier.

Pros: Clean rooms, contactless and problem-free check-in, smooth communication with the owner, good value for money.

Cons: There was one less bed prepared for us than required (5 instead of 6), a bit insufficient amounts of dishes in the kitchen for 6 people.

Great fun, brilliant!

Pros: We used the cooking facilities and did our own breakfast. It was nice. The parking was good, we kept our car there during our stay and walked around on foot. All places were easy in approach. Glorious!

Excellent

Pros: Excellent! Very spacious apartment in Villa Park Hotel, well equipped, warm. The owner answers quickly to emails. Felt like home:)

Pros: We liked the apartment, although a few things could improve. It had everything needed, with a small kitchenette pretty well equipped. It's close to the slopes, some 5-7 min moderately up the hill, so we decided to walk up every day and leave the car parked in the garage of the building. That way we were not paying for parking by the slopes. Our expectations were not very high, so we were pleasantly surprised by the place and what we got. Would definitely rent it again!

Very cozy spot

Pros: Very well-priced, comfortable and enough space. The kitchen was nice, plenty of dishes and silverware, quiet and the lobby bar was nice with darts and billiards. The location is nice, the host is very helpful and there is a nice supermarket 1 min away from the hotel.

Cons: The shower was kinda old and weird to use. The retractable sofas were a little uncomfortable on the neck. No oven
