The host is fantastic and attentive, and the location is unbeatable.

Pros: Amazing location, just a few steps from the ski lifts, ski hire and lots of great restaurants. Close to all the shops.

Cons: There is no kitchen so not suitable for a self-catering holiday.

For me its the best choice in Borovets

Pros: Its not the first i am booking this apartment so i know what to expect and i always enjoy staying in this beautiful apartment which has a TOP location.

Pros: We came for 3 nights (family and friends). Celebrated New Year's eve🎄. We enjoyed the fire place, atmosphere and fireworks 💥 Sledding tracks are 5 meters away from the door 😍. Owners are very kind and friendly. Restaurant downstairs has very good food and live music with beautiful singer 🎶 Everything is close by.

Pros: Top location for summer or winter stay, very polite owner with good communication and behaviour. We will stay there again for sure!!! Everything was fine thx!

Cons: Could have a small portable electric cooktop for preparing breakfast etc.

Almost perfect

Pros: Very spacious and cozy, especially the main room. We came here to ski so being right next to the lift couldn t get any better than this. We made a nice fire in the last night. We also had a nice discount for the restaurant bellow. A big plus for the parking as well.

Cons: The second bathroom has no window and we couldn t quite use it. Also the heating on the bedrooms could use some improvement.

An unbelievable find

Pros: What everyone else says - the location is unbeatable. The place is massive and probably the only one of its kind at this resort at any price. It's half way between a guest house and a hotel suite, and while being neither, it is fit for purpose. Has central heating and unlimited hot water. It's very cosy and well furnished, creating an amazingly relaxing and inviting space. And then there's the fireplace. Just great!

Cons: It would have been great if the apartment had a kitchen corner. The bed mattresses could be a bit better. It can be a bit noisy at night from the restaurant downstairs. The water pressure was very unpredictable.

Super Location

Pros: It is in an incredible location, right by the slopes, right next to a cashier for ski cards, super great overall, with a small parking, amazing.

Cons: There is a restaurant right under the property. It is loud. It wasn't an issue for us but if you are someone who values quiet, you won't like it.

Pros: Absolutely amazing host. So friendly and helpful. We had few problems and he was extremely helpful to put things right and make sure we were OK. Very reassuring. Amazing location at bottom of ski slope and lift. Loved the cosiness of the apartment with the open fire. Being able to order food from restaurant downstairs and have it delivered after a day on the slopes was lovely. No cooking facilities which didn't bother us. There is a kettle and fridge which was OK for us for few days.

Cons: The bedroom layout worked OK for us being a family of 5 and 1 sleeping on sofa due to loud snorers in our group but might be problem for others as 4 beds in 1 room. If we were group of 6 probably would have been a problem. En suite bathroom drains bit smelly so we used main bathroom.

Incredible stay in Borovets!

Pros: Incredibly large property in the most insane location. Lovely host who is really helpful and this is certainly the best place for a group trip!

Cons: Nothing, it was beautiful!

Outstanidng location, fenominal hosts, excelent value for money and overall a wonderful experience.

Pros: There is a wonderful place directly down stairs that serves great food all day. Howie from the bbq place downstairs is wonderful and so welcoming, just like I've met borat! The accomidation is directly below a ski slope and the ski lift. Even though the accomidation has no cooking facilities, it does not matter at all. Every place we went to eat was wonderful, and you would be missing out by not eating out at every oppertunity available. There is a large balcony area outside the door which comfortably accomidates 7 people and is within 10 feet of the bbq place downstairs!

Cons: There was 7 of us, so it was a little crampt when sl;eeping. There are 2 double beds and 2 single beds and 2 sofas. 1 of the sofa you could sleep 2 on at a push. So it works but they are sofas not sofa beds. The secondary toilet has no ventilation, so gets a litlte smelly!
