Excelent apartment

Pros: The host was very kind and helpful every day, the apartment was very cosy and had absolutely everything needed, at the level of a 4 star hotel and was also very clean. The view from the balcony to the forest was very nice.

Cons: Not as close to the slope as expected so it was a bit difficult to carry all ski equipment. But the route to the slopes was within a nice forest so, at the end it was very nice.

Pros: Everything you could need and some more. Thank you, Nadia, for all the attention to details that made our stay wonderful! Great location, quiet, cozy and super clean! We are planning to come back and explore the mountains more.

Cons: I can't find anything, as much as I try. It's possible that in the weekends or during holiday season the parking is overcrowded, but during the week, we didn't have any problem in finding a free spot.

Unmatched serenity!

Pros: Nadya was absolutely amazing in the communications, proactive approach to ensuring every single little detail was covered from start to finish! I cannot recommend this enough - it was truly incredible and immaculate! She even was able to accommodate to our special request and frankly, everything was perfect. Extremely comfy bed, always warm apartment, to the smallest detail of having air freshers and cosmetic kits with decorations placed tastefully. Would most definitely come back!

Pros: The whole experience was problem-free. The apartment was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and a home-from-home. The host was so kind and made the whole experience totally enjoyable. It was modern, aesthetic and full of homely touches. We liked the location, away from the noise and all of the little touches provided by the host. We will definitely return.

Cons: There was no fault at all with the property. The spa / swimming pool were unfortunately closed and we had hoped to use these facilities. The restaurant and bar were also closed but this was not a problem because there are plenty of others nearby.

A perfect mountain experience in the perfect flat

Pros: Everything was perfect. I cannot find words to describe the cosiness and cleanliness of the flat. It was fully equipped with all you need for a pleasant summer stay in the mountain. The host Nadya is a very kind and warm person and she has taken care for all small details (even there were slippers and tooth brushes). She gave us clear instructions how to reach the flat. When we arrived, a basket with fresh fruits was waiting for us. The flat is luxuriously designed and everything inside it is made with good taste and passion. We felt as if we were staying in our own home. I do recommend definitely! We will come back for sure.

Pros: Всичко ни хареса. Беше изключително чисто, уютно, подредено и обзаведено с вкус, внимание и стил. Абсолютно нищо не липсваше. В резервацията ни е включено дете на 8 години, като това обстоятелство беше взето предвид при осигуряване на по-малък размер чехли и тоалетни принадлежности, подходящи за него -:). Имаше и комплимент - бутилка вино, бисквитки за децата и купа с плодове. Имаше и подаръче - сувенирче, което стои вкъщи и ще ни напомня за прекрасното преживяване на това място, на което пак ще отидем със сигурност. Управителят Надя Субева беше изключително любезна, отзивчина и кооперативна за всичко, което ни интересуваше. Хотелът е на много хубаво и спокойно място, недалеч от центъра, но за достъп до ски пистите трябва да се ползва превоз. Прекрасно място!!! Отличен домакин!!! Благодаря от сърце за всичко!!!

Pros: Boendet är väldigt omsorgsfullt gjort in i minsta detalj, genomtänkt design och mycket bekvämt. Ännu bättre i verkligheten än på bilderna. Utmärkt värd!
