BH and Semiramida Ski Apartment

Phenomenal!

Pros: It is a beautiful apartment with all needed facilities and is very clean. The staff of the hotel are very friendly and it’s amazing to access all the amenities there. Fabulous host with great info and quick responses. I’d 100% recommend!!

Cons: All amazing! Just to be aware the hotel is a little bit away from the main ski area so you need to account for a taxis around if you want to eat/drink there.

Cosy Apartment in the quiet forest surroundings - perfect to escape the busy town!

Pros: The apartment was very cosy and set outside of the busy town. It contained everything you could think of and was easy for self-catering. The host is extremely helpful and was easy to contact if ever we needed something. The hotel reception (of the Borovets Hills Hotel to which the apartment block is linked), can call a taxi for you if ever you need one - just allow 15 minutes for the taxi to come. It is a 5-10 minute drive into town. You can easily get a taxi home from the taxi rank in town (opposite Yastrobets Gondala). Taxi is 20Lev each way. If you wish to Ski from the Apartment, the Yastrobets 3 chairlift and ski path are about a 15 minute walk from the apartment. You are allowed to use the pool and the jacuzzi area in the hotel - beware as they charged us 50 Lev for this but there was confusion. The host kindly refunded us the 50 Lev - the Spa receptionist didn't understand we were from an apartment that CAN use the Spa.

Cons: The only thing that we did not expect was that there are not actually two bedrooms. There is 1 bedroom with a double bed etc and then the second double bed is in the living room which is open-planned with the dining table/sofa bed and kitchen. The description says 2 bedrooms which we assumed would be separate from living area. We just converted the double bed in the bedroom to two separate beds and gave the bedroom to the kids while the adults had the bed in the living room. Not a huge problem but perhaps the description could be clearer. The only other thing to say is that the hotel Pool and Jacuzzi/Spa was very busy and not the cleanest... but that is the hotels issue, not our host!

Cozy snowy Christmas

Pros: Location is great. In the middle of the mountain forest, not far from ski slopes. The appartment itself is warm and cozy and feels just like home. Interesting interior with ski and snow aspects. Hosts are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place!

Nice, quiet, confortable stay.

Pros: Nice apartment, everything new, clean and confortable, quiet also.

Cons: In case you ski, you need a transfer or to go by car to the parking areas next to the slopes/gondola, it's a little bit far to carry all the equipment by foot.

Cozy ,Amazing and Wonderful with everything you need!

Pros: Eveything is cozy well placed and ready for you to have a perfect stay ,with yastrebetz piste 2 minutes away and all the spa features included its amazing

Cons: Kitchen utensiles were a bit dirty but there is a dishwasher ready for cleaning!

Excellent stay in Borovets Hills

Pros: Beautiful, modern, and spacious apartment in an excellent location. Less than a 10-minute walk from the Yastrebets ski slopes. With a warm connection to the Borovets Hills Hotel. Very comfortable stay and excellent communication with the host. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would be happy to stay here again!
