Sana Ski apartment 313A in Flora

The apartment was perfect for us, well located, clean, well appointed and the host was excellent.

Pros: Location of the apartment was fantastic in relation to all resort amenities. It is well located between all main lifts and gondolas to the slopes and a short distance from everything. It was also quiet as the apartment is on the back of the building facing the trees, not the road.

Cons: Although the apartment is very modern, clean and well appointed, the Flora apartments building itself was very dated and the elevators are not in great working order. The building feels tired and overdue a refurbishment which is a shame as the apartment we rented was excellent, as was the host 😊

Pros: Everything was fantastic, really clean and great location for slopes. Host communication was excellent and does look exactly like photos. Definitely suits a family with younger children as bunk bed area is small and relatively open to the main room.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were really pleased with the apartment. Great value!

Pros: The apartment was modern and clean. Bathroom was lovely and the toiletries a nice touch. The kitchenette had everything needed to store food and drink and prepare small meals. The apartment complex was a short walk from the slopes and restaurants etc.

Cons: There is very little storage areas for clothes. The main apartment block is a little run down but this wasn’t an issue as other facilities were very close.

Pros: Everything! Location was perfect, apartment was modern, clean and had everything we needed! Owner was super responsive and helpful and great recommendations

Cons: A curtain on the bunkbed section might be good to add a bit of privacy!

Pros: Really lovely apartment everything seemed brand new. think this unit must have been refurbished recently, and to a lovely standard me and my family and I had a lovely stay here super convenient for the slopes and gondola. The swimming pool and spa area was nice as well although you have to pay for this on top, but it was not too expensive. Elitsa was super helpful and always responded quickly to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again if we return to borovets.

Pros: The host is very friendly and willing to help with any questions or concerns. The apartment is very modern, clean, and the kitchen is very well-equipped. It is close to the cable car and gondola.

Quiet luxurious apartment with everything you need

Pros: The studio apartment had everything we could need for our stay without being crowded. Nicely furnished with just enough decor, it met our needs perfectly. The bunk bed is in a separate nook, but there are no doors, so we could keep an eye out for our children. Very clean, with board games, complimentary coffee and tea, we really enjoyed our time in. I'm already recommending it to family and friends as we had such a relaxed and pleasant stay.

Cons: We stayed before the season, so some amenities were not working in the apart-hotel - heating wasn't on yet, spa and pool was closed for maintenance. This wasn't a problem, though, as the host had provided a heater, which was perfectly sufficient for our comfort. And the fact that there were hardly any people at all made our vacation that much more pleasant!

Pros: The location is perfect. Everything is new in the property. There are very good new kitchen's facilities. It's very stylized with good touch.

Cons: it was a bit cramped and there was no wardrobe, there was not enough space to store things and suitcases.
