Would definitely stay again 👌

Pros: Clean and modern and had a great location plus the heating was excellent 👍🏽

Cons: The lock on the front door needed some WD40 because it was stiff to turn the key

Very warm and cozy, the staff were extremely nice and helpful. Would stay there again.

Pros: Clean, cozy and close to the slopes and the town. The staff was friendly and you have everything you need. There is a spa room downstairs as well (not included in the price) but very nice and relaxing as well.

Ski holiday

Pros: Was close to everything and felt safe with security at gate all noght

Cons: We hired 2 apartments, 1 was a lot small than the other. The pricing doesn't reflect that as it was about the same price for both

Perfect location, warm and cosy and very clean.

Pros: Location fab for slopes and gondola. Easy walk to shops and restaurant’s. Warm and cosy. Drying area for wet ski gear. Nice seating area to chill out in after a days skiing. Well equipped apartment and clean.

Cons: Building work still ongoing and no inviting bar area to enjoy a drink.

Pros: The location is excellent for both Rila side and Gondola. Very clean apartment and very well equipped Will definitely be returning and recommending to others

Fantastic stay

Pros: It was so easy and well managed. I got emails about all the information I needed. It was amazing value for money.

Cons: I don’t think anything could have been done better. Apart from the Wi-Fi was a bit hit and Miss at times but that is being picky.

Pros: The apartment was very well located, it was big enough for a family of four with two bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen and had everything we needed. We only used the pool once as this was charged as extra. The apartment was very clean, we had our rubbish taken and fresh towels twice while we were there, all the staff were polite and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment and would definitely book to stay again, thank you.

Cons: Check in was slightly stressful, particularly my fault for not checking but we didn’t have the apartment number. The lady on the desk at the complex was very helpful and with in 30 minutes someone had called me to advise me of the number so we could in.

Pros: Nice location, warm and clean room. Good internet connection.
