They gave us an apartment, nice, cosy, comfortable, mountain view.

Pros: The location is excellent for summer walk near Snejanka peak. Nice parking area, nice staff even that there were construction staff workers nearby

Cons: Small elevator, I think that it needs renovation

Cons: Rooms are not clean. And some items from the furniture are falling apart, like sofas and chairs. Something must be renewed, and please, pay more atention on the hygiene in the rooms. Parking, way too expensive.

Very pleasant journey, being ski addicted was everything that counted for us to ski in/out

Pros: We went mainly for skiing, being on the slope it was very convenient for us. Breakfast was good, slightly variations on the menu each morning. There is only a step out from hotel to the slope, we were fascinated. On the hotel entrance, you can leave you skis and boots over the night. If you rent ski equipment from the hotel's store, you can leave there your equipment. The food in the restaurant (lunch an dinner) was very good and cheaper compared with other terraces. For hotel's clients you have for dinner -10% discount Indoor parking - 25 leva / day Outdoor - 20 leva / day

Cons: Breakfast - there is a slow machine for filling up the juices for kids also water - > sometimes there was a queue In the room there is heater based on electricity, the humidity was quite low, the air was dry, we had some issues with nose bleeding. At the last floor (attic) it was a little bit cold in the night. We have asked for a supplementary heater, they said they cannot help us, the receptionist was not customer oriented. They have checked during the day and was OK (of course, it was sunny every day almost) Classical food menu, not so many traditional dishes In case of emergency it is difficult to leave the hotel/parking - our son had an accident on the slope, we had to call a friend with the car parked outside to help us. You have to clean your self during your staying - as the name says - apartments - it is not in a Hotel regime.

Pros: Perfect location, from the hotel you get straight on the slope. Large flat, good space for 2 families (we stayed in the 3 bedroom flat), very good breakfast.

Cons: There are still things that can be improved: heating, when you get out on the balcony you cannot close the doors, leaking boiler on the floor, microwave not working.

Pros: The appartment was big and had everything a family would need for they stay.

Pros: Studio apartment (with bath - bliss after months of showers) was excellent value! Bed was so comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed. View of the mountains from the 6th floor! Communication was excellent. Just a shame we had to leave after only two days. Would definitely stay again.

Cons: Everything was great. No complaints at all!

Perfect stay for a big family

Pros: The location is perfect, the service is also very good. Delicious breakfast and dinner, we really liked the food. The apartment is spacious and perfect for a big family, with a view over the slopes!

Pros: Great apartment with a large and comfortable living room. The location in Studenets is excellent, right next to the ski slopes. Parking is convenient, with options for paid outdoor parking or underground parking.

Ailece kayak odaklı tatil için uygun, ancak lobyde oturma inkanı bile yok malesef. Kayak yapmıycaksak odada oturuyoruz.

Pros: Konumu, oda genişliği, otopark imkanı ve 1 nci kattaki kayak odasındaki personeller.

Cons: Yastıkların eskiliği, çöplerin alınmaması, havluların değişmemesi, receptiondaki personelin otele 2 saat erken geldiğimizde eşya koyacak yer bile gösterirken isteksizliği.
