GS SKI Apartment - The Grand Monastery Pamporovo

Pros: The place, the staff, everything was perfect. The apartment was very clean, inviting, equipped for excellent hospitality. The only problem was that the apartment was really inaccessible and you had to go up with escalators and not with an elevator. The escalators only go up to go down, you go down regular stairs and a lot. In the end, they sent us help to take down the luggage, but it is really necessary to emphasize that the apartment is not really accessible. But despite this, I really recommend the apartment.

Great place for skiing trip, right next to the slope with direct acces to it.

Pros: The apartment is in one of the top buildings (House 5) near the slope - so very easy to go to the slope and come back (we found it was easier to come back at lunch and eat in the complex restaurant than on the slope because it was empty and we could do it faster). The fireplace is nice for a evening inside but since we were skiing every day we only used it twice. We have wood from the hosts (I saw that there is available to buy from reception but we didn't have to buy them). Two rooms accommodate 6 persons if needed (the couch and the armchairs extend); We were 5 and it was ok (3 adults, 2 children). You have almost all that you need in the kitchen, tv, own boiler for hot water, heat pump ACs for heating. The balcony is very nice also. There is a pool/spa in the complex - 30 leva/day; maybe after a long day skiing you need some relax time. Also bowling, pool (didn't try them).

Cons: The complexes in the region don't have enough parking spaces so you will struggle to find a spot if you arrive on week-ends; we ended up parking near the acces to the slopes and I came by foot from there after I took out the bags. The escalators were only going up and one of them will not always start. The acces to the slopes is on the back and snow and ice from the roof come down on it so be careful. A toaster in the kitchen would be nice, probably they will add one soon. Heating with air makes it very dry - there is an aroma therapy that you can use to humidify but it still makes your nose dry up over night.

Pros: Nice, cosy and impeccably clean. Great host! 2 mins walk from the ski lift. Highly recommend!

Pros: Понравилось абсолютно все. В апартаментах было абсолютно все, максимально уютно и хорошее расположение.

Pros: Чистенькі апартаменти, є все необхідне для проживання! Привітний та чуйний власник, який працює рядом інструктором з катання на лижах! Швидко реагує на ваші потреби та побажання!

Cons: У високий сезон немає де припаркувати авто безкоштовно! Прийшлось паркуватися на платній парковці далеко від помешкання, але це не вплинуло на наш відпочинок! Трохи за малий бойлер, на родину з 5 осіб не вистачає, але це теж не вплинуло на наш відпочинок!

Pros: Беше много чисто и красиво!Апартамента беше много уютен.

Cons: Имаше доста ескалатори,за да се стигне до апартамента.

Pros: Апартаментът е разкошен! Има всичко необходимо, много чист и уютен. Можеш да си запалиш камината, след като си си взел вана :) Домакините са изключително любезни и грижовни. Ще се върнем отново!Благодарим за гостоприемството!

Pros: Чудові апартаменти, гостинні господарі, неймовірна атмосфера , природа заворожує. В апартаментах є все необхідне для комфортного перебування. Раджу всім гарного відпочинку.

Pros: Силно препоръчвам мястото е чудесно,апартамента беше много топъл,уютен,чист,кухнята е оборудвана с всичко необходимо за престоя,локация супер точно до пистата,много любезни и отзивчиви домакини.

Страхотна локация и гостоприемен домакин с отношение към детайла.

Pros: Отношението на домакина беше страхотно. Локацията е супер и позволява директен достъп до пистите. Апартамента е чудесен!

Cons: Комплекса разполага с малък паркинг и в натоварен период паркирането е затруднено.
