Pros: Great communication with the host. 😍 The location was petfect for our one night transit stay. The apartment itself has everything you could need, like you're really at home. Nice decor, very clean and comfortable in every sense. It's a shame we had to leave quite early in the morning. Otherwise, we would definitely enjoy a cup of coffee and our breakfast on the lovely balcony. And, another great thing, that there is a parking place just next to the building and close to the entrance. Once you need anything from your car, it takes less than a minute to go out and grab that. I can definitely recommend the host and the apartment 👌 😊

Pros: Apartment whole building looks new. It with nice looking-glass interior decoration,just feel like at home. Near by the bus station. Cozy place.
Cons: I would give rate 10 if cutting board can be replaced a new one . For someone who requires to cook.

A Great apartment and a lovely Owner(Silvie)
Pros: The owner (Silvie) was very helpful and the apartment was very well decorated and was very clean. She helped us a lot on the phone by whatsapp she even put some suggestions for places, and things to do on the table with a map of Plovdiv.

Wonderful apartment, highly recommended
Pros: Stunning, well-equipped and clean apartment. Close parking, fully equipped kitchenette, washing machine, large refrigerator, cooking utensils and everything a family needs. There was an amazing smell at the entrance to the apartment and Silvia made sure to send us all the information in advance in an organized manner. Highly recommend!
Cons: Not so close to the Center and the Old town but there is a bus stop very close by.

Perfect stay in Plovdiv
Pros: Everything about our stay was perfect! The place was spotless, beautifully cared for, and had absolutely everything we could possibly need. Our host was amazing – so welcoming, with clear and detailed information that made everything easy. Communication was fast, friendly, and effortless. The Place is nice - take it.
Pros: The Place is spacious, nice, comfortable and very well-equipped. We found everything we needed and so much more. It's quite quiet if you close the windows because the traffic is not heavy on the road in front of the house. The Place is super clean and easy to access from and to the city. The parking place is handy. The Old Town is just a 5-minute drive away, and if you want to buy any kind of food, you can find nice little shops run by families within a few minutes' walking distance. The owner is truly kind and warm-hearted, she provides lots of useful information and helps you whenever you need it.

Modern quality apartment on a nice street
Pros: We enjoyed our stay here a lot, as The Place is a nice, modern, well equipped quality apartment situated in a relaxed part of Plovdiv, on a street lined with trees. From the first contact to the very end, everything was smooth and easy, clear communication in fluent English with our hosts, who were really helpfull and responsive to our enquiries. The air conditioning proved also to be an important point for our comfort, as we happened to get some very hot weather. The minimalist decor, comfy beds and great coffee, all added a nice touch to our stay and we slept very well, but the free parking lot it's a great bonus indeed in busy towns like this. Overall we had a memorable stay and we'd like to be back sometimes. Thank you
