Centrally-located 1BD Apartment near Kapana by Flat Mаnager

Pros: Everything was great The apartment was clean and quiet and the manager helped us with everything we needed

Definitely nice fairly large and conveniently located unit at reasonable cost

Pros: Building location - nearby (across the street) the Plovdiv International Fair, quiet street, close (walking distance) to the main downtown street and the Old Town on the hills. .... The unit itself - fairly large, windows facing quiet internal yard, so nice place to sleep, good kitchen and large living room. Comfortable bedroom with a lot of cabinets and hangers. .... Reasonable price for fairly large and conveniently located apartment.

Cons: Rather recommendations: The couch upholstery may need a bit of cleaning (multiple spots). A small kitchen table (there is room for such) can make eating more comfortable instead standing up or using the coffee table. More coffee capsules for the espresso machine should be supplied (there were only 5, though I booked for 7 days). Same about towels - only two sets of two (large and medium). Some miner items may need replacement (e.g., broken toilet brush). The info before booking says there is in-suite laundry, but after booking says there isn't. There was indeed a washing machine there but you are not sure operational or not, so I did not try, although needed such.

Not bad, very nice place but bed and couch need an update.

Pros: The Property was located near the Maritsa river, which made it easy to walk to and fish. There were a lot of little stores around that one could get groceries and coffee. The rooms have air-conditioning and a lot of space. The kitchen was nicely stocked with utensils for cooking. The hosts were great and very accommodating. Great value for money and got my exercise in for walking the stairs.

Cons: The only issues I can name is the lack of parking and that the bed and couch were uncomfortable.

Excellent Apartment

Pros: Excellent apartment, spacious and very well equipped. Very quiet in a decent neighbourhood, a short pleasant walk from Kapana. Self check in is convenient for all and worked well. Would definitely recommend as a comfortable place to stay, your home from home in Plovdiv.

Pros: Уютно и просторно място на чудесно място. Голям плюс е самонастаняването.

Cons: Няма нищо конкретно

Pros: Удобно, чисто, на топ локация в централната част на града. Перфектно съотношение цена - качество.

Cons: Всичко беше наред.

Pros: Освен че апартаментът е страхотен, в най-якия квартал на Пловдив, останах очарована от обслужването, което получих, включително след приключване на престоя ми, във връзка със забравена лична вещ, чието връщане беше благополучно и любезно организирано от мястото за настаняване. Благодаря ви! Няма да се поколебая отново да отседна при вас!

Cons: Липсваше ми едно рафтче в душ кабината, би било много удобно да има :)

Pros: Добро разположение в града, на пешеходни разстояния от интересни обекти. Но може да се помисли за по-удобни възглавници и нов диван. Като цяло сме доволни от престоя си там!

Pros: Много уютен и подреден апартамент с всичко необходимо. Локацията е централна, лесна и много удобна, но същевременно апартамента се намира в тиха уличка. Силно впечатление направи възможността за хубаво кафе. Голямо предимство е самостоятелното настаняване и напускане. С удоволствие бих посетила при първа възможност.
