Kapana Comfy 2BR Apartment in Top Center

Pros: Comfortable modern apartment with excellent facilities in the Kabana area close to bars & restaurants

Cons: Wasn't really anything for me but some people may find the area just outside & the building facade less attractive.

Pros: The apartment is very comfortable and well designed. The location is great too. We had a lovely time there and I will definitely consider it for our next stay in Plovdiv.

Nice place which could be perfect with a little time invested.

Pros: Great location and a fantastic host! The apartment has everything you might need, even for a longer stay! There's free parking in the vicinity (5 min walk) if there's no parking spaces available directly on-site.

Cons: It's a bit run-down which is a shame since the things are an easy fix. It seems the owners are not that invested in fixing the problematic areas (eg. the toilet seat wiggles, the towel racks are half broken and the bathroom has an unpleasant smell coming from the sewage).

Pros: The location is very convenient, close to the main pedestrian promenade of Plovdiv. The apartment is spacious enough for a family of 2 parents and 2 children. The air conditioning worked great. The entrance instructions were simple and precise.

Cons: The building was old , Soviet type ,and kind of run down, with a strong smell of mold in the entrance and stairway , but the apartment was renovated and well looking. The TV is so small , i wish it was bigger. Besides it , it was a pleasant stay !

Pros: Домакините бяха изключително любезни и отзивчиви. Локацията е повече от отлична! Макар и да е на централно място, апартаментът е тих и спокоен. Прекарахме една страхотна почивка със семейството ми! :)

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Pros: Sehr gute Lage direkt im Japan-Viertel, trotzdem sehr ruhig, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Transportmittel in der direkten Nähe

Cons: Im Bad füllte sich die Toilettenspülung sehr langsam auf, das Wasser in der Spüle lief langsam ab

Pros: Superb location, close to central bus stop as well as Kapana, the city center, and the Old town. Super convenient for walking around. The apartment is on the 1st floor of an older building. There are some steps, but not too many. Friendly and welcoming host, great communication. The apartment must have been recently renovated, so it feels very new and clean.

Cons: The apt. building is a bit old, and some of the neighbors smoke, so there is a residual smell in the hallway. Other than that, everything was great.
