Really comfortable, clean and cozy.

Pros: Enjoyed the piece and quiet, how clean it is and how easy was for me to find the keys and how close it was the super markets and the center.

Good value for money.

Pros: Everything was fine. The apartment was clean and warm.

Cons: There was a sponge missing in the kitchen so we needed to wash the dishes with our hands. There were not enough shampoo, shower gel and soap in the bathroom. It would be nice blackout curtains to be considered so people can sleep little bit more in the morning and not to wake up when the sun is out.

I had an amazing 1-month stay!

Pros: The apartment is large and spacious. The furniture is quite new and very comfortable - chairs, sofa and bed mattress. There is everything you need even for a longer stay - washing machine, hair dryer, air conditioner, TV with Internet, I didn't need for anything. The terrace is spacious and with amazing view. The location is a bit far from the center if you don't like walking. I reached the Roman Forum for 15-20 minutes. Overall I had a great and very comfortable 4-week stay.

Cons: When I arrived, the floor was sticky dirty. I had to request tools and clean it myself. Except this everything was wonderful.

We just stayed one night, but noted the place for our next visit to city for longer stay.

Pros: A very cosy one bedroom apartment with new furniture and lots of utilities. The apartment is very clean and modern, with a secured entrance. There was a nice balcony, unfortunately we could not use it due to our short stay. It is quite close to everywhere.

Cons: If you arrive late you might need to take some tours around to find a parking place.

Cons: They said there was a private parking lot, but it was disappointing that there wasn't one. And it was disappointing that the index didn't work.

Great place to take a rest after a day at work

Pros: The apartment is clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and equipped for longer stays. From the terrace, you can see Kamenitza business park, which is located 5min away on foot, and the city center is about 15min far away. Excellent location.

Cons: Finding parking can be a bit tricky during the day, due to many construction sites and office buildings nearby.
