Beautiful view, but comfort and maintenance need improvement

Pros: The view is truly beautiful — definitely lives up to the name “Rare View.” Communication with the host was excellent; they were very kind, responsive, and even allowed me to check in earlier, which I really appreciated. This is the main reason I’m giving a higher rating than I might have otherwise.

Cons: Unfortunately, the building itself was quite inhospitable — the entrance smelled unpleasant and looked very old. The apartment had a noticeable draft, from which I ended with a stiff neck, and the entrance door felt more like one for a basement or attic (as it is in this case) rather than a proper apartment. The water pressure in the shower was very weak, making it difficult and time-consuming to bathe. The bed was uncomfortable, and I could feel the springs poking through the mattress. There were spider webs on the walls, the TV didn’t have any channels, and the air conditioner was very loud, making popping noises throughout the night.

Pros: Best thing was the location. Also It’s very neat and comfortable inside.

Cons: Steep stairs to the top floor- good cardio workout but my toddler couldn’t cope and carrying him up was a bit much.

Pros: The place has all that is needed for a short stay, its nicely decorated and the balcony is a plus. The host was really helpful and told us we could check in later since noone was coming that day. The place is really close to restaurants and bars and it's walkable to all the important places. We really recommend it for a short stay.

Cons: The flat only has some small translucent curtains so we get woken up by the light really easily and it doesn't offer lots of privacy. The mattress is a little bit uncomfortable.

Pros: We liked the localisation and cleanliness of the place. Nice view and everything was perfect ! The host were welcoming and very nice ! They kept our luggage for our last day of visit and were answering our questions very fast ! It was perfect ! Thanks a lot

Stylish, pleasant studio apartment in the heart of Plovdiv

Pros: The apartment is located on of the main shopping streets, very close to everything and practically next to lovely restaurants, cafes and bars. Very elegantly decorated, and as the name suggests the terrace features a commanding view towards the most picturesque of Old Plovdiv hills.
