Old Town Apartment

Very good position just a few steps away from old town

Pros: The apartment is in perfect location just a few steps from old Town and a few minutes to walk to “shopping” part. It was easy to find it by the instructions given. Two rooms were good for us. One proper bedroom with comfortable bed etc. The second bedroom was originally part of kitchen with balcony and there was a few issues but we still enjoyed two nights there and would stay again (if mattress in twin room would be better). The pizza restaurant is just opposite building and a few shops close by. The washing machine is one big plus! Also the leaflets about attractions nearby are very handy. Good communication with owner who updates us immediately when apartment was ready.

Cons: The twin room (with balcony) has very uncomfortable bed. Only one socket which was useless as the lamp next to bed couldn’t reach it even with extention. If you want to switch the ceiling lights on you have to do that from kitchen. WiFi didn’t work at all. Also please be aware of fact that there is not parking anywhere close by! The law has changed apparently and you have to pay everywhere now (we learn the hard way and paid around €40 penalty). You can park from evening until 8am on the street only. But there is secure parking place just a few seconds away.

Pros: Impeccably clean, well-equipped, yet homey and cosy, bright apartment, exceptional location. Host is very accommodating, helpful and friendly.

Cons: There was nothing we didn't like, in fact the accomodation exceeded our expectations.

Pros: The apartment was great, large rooms and nice balcony. There is great pizzeria over the street. Shop is also near.

Cons: Somebody maybe think at apartment is far from the center but dont bother us, few hundred meters.

Pros: Lots of facilities. Super easy and fast check in, great location, clean.

Cons: That damn dog of the neighbors, you can hear floor scratching and it barks so much and so loud in the morning when they leave for work I suppose.

Pros: I am very satisfied with this apartment. The conditions were very good, it was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent, we were close to the biggest attractions of this city. The owner was quick to reply to messages. I would recommend to anyone.

Pros: Perfect location. Everything you need is available on site. There is a good paid parking lot right opposite.

Pros: Die Lage ist sehr gut, unmittelbar an der Altstadt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet,sehr sauber.

Pros: Die Ferienwohnung ist gut gelegen. Gegenüber ist ein tolles Restaurant. Sehr zu empfehlen. In der Wohnung war alles sauber. Die Schlafzimmer sind mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet, was bei der Hitze im Sommer in Plowdiw zu empfehlen ist.

Cons: Der Herd war sehr schwierig anzuschalten.

Pros: Апартаментът беше чист, уютен и много приятен. С два климатика, които буквално спасяват от небивалите жеги в Пловдив. Има всичко необходимо за престоя на едно семейство. Местоположението е чудесно! Наоколо се намират места за паркиране сравнително лесно, но има и 2 платени паркинга съвсем близо. Домакините са чудесни, лесно се комуникира, откликват на всякакви въпроси. Точно насреща има много приятна пицария с добри цени. Препоръчвам!

Pros: Świetna lokalizacja - blisko do wszystkich zabytków, dobre wyposażenie, przestronne, wygodne mieszkanie.

Cons: Utrudnione parkowanie w najbliższym sąsiedztwie.
