Relaxing, a beautiful place

Pros: The tranquility, the landscape, the proximity to the highway.

Cons: The entrance to the complex by car (parking) costs 40 leva. We parked out of the barrier area, near the gas station, with the car full of luggage and it was ok. It's a few hundred meters walk from there, but we took a minimal luggage with the bare necessities for one night.

Pros: The size of the apartment. The 4 stars hotel/restaurant nearby with decent prices. The complex is huge, nice to have a walk through. The apartment was big and clean.

Great stay

Perfect stay at a budget price.

Pros: I've stayed here in the past so knew the routine with regard to picking up the keys, parking and location. The location is superb, a 20 minute walk into town, a one-minute drive to the motorway and situated on a lakeside. Beds were really comfy with freshly laundered linen and the welcome pack of tea, coffee, bottled water etc. was a nice touch. Apartments were really quiet and other users were respectful and considerate of guests' needs. Well-equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need for a short or long stay. Less than an hour to Sofia airport. Thoroughly recommended.

Cons: Parking is on a first come, first served basis so there is a need to bag a spot and stay there. If you feel like taking a walk down to the lake immediately in front of the apartments, be careful where you step; the area is used for dog \

Amazing apartment.

Pros: Excellent apartment with everything needed for overnight stay. Have stayed here on many occasions and always have a good experience. Large comfy bed, bathroom has lots of hot water, living/kitchen area is clean and spacious with all facilities for self catering. Good outlook over the lake.

Pros: Nice apartment close to the lake with excellent view. I liked the privacy, communication with the host and overall experience.

Nicely presented and clean apartments.

Pros: Stayed in these apartments before so I knew the routine regarding handing over the keys and so on. Room was totally up to expectations with a pleasant balcony to take in the Autumn sunshine. A 20-minute walk into town and two good restaurants. I think there was a bit of movement in the bathroom tiles, judging by the flaking and hollow sounds coming from them, but nothing to detract from a superbly presented room in a very convenient location.

Cons: All was fine.

Extremely well equipped room in a fabulous location.

Pros: Fantastic location and a very well-equipped room. Furniture (IKEA type) looked brand new and the sunny balcony over-looked the lake. Thirty-minute walk into town or use the Hyatt Resort bar and restaurant. You need to be pretty dextrous to get the powder/liquid into the washing machine, as the work top impedes access to the powder drawer. We put the powder onto a piece of paper and then shuffled the powder into the drawer. Free parking is available on a first come, first served basis, close by. As you come off the motorway, keep the resort on your right, and then, just before the bend into town, you'll see some free parking bays outside one of the resort blocks. Emiliya and Christo were great hosts and pointed out some good local restaurants like the Green Room.

Cons: Fridge was a bit noisy cutting in throughout the night. Possible needs isolating ? ? ?
