Pros: The apartment is comfortable and you receive more than is presented on the booking, above expectations. It is completely equipped and suitable for a good and comfort for a 4 persons family which wants to ski. Also warm and with perfect view from the balcony. Definitely worth to visit. Most important the host replays imediately on the messages. It will be great to have more hosts like this and whit so good acomodation. Must mention that the price is perfect in comparation whit what you receive, usually apartments like this are mor expensive.
Cons: The only thinking that I doesn't like is that I could not stay mor, because I booked only 2 nights, this is not complain is positive comment. To be honest cant find something to complain. Perfect place.

A wonderful place for complete relaxation
Pros: We used the apartment for 3 nights. During that time we felt great. There was hot water and comfortable pillows. The apartment was very clean, with a beautiful view of the mountains. The kitchen had the necessary amenities to prepare a light meal. The apartment is located in a quiet building, there is a parking lot. An additional plus is the possibility to use the spa center in the neighboring building.
Cons: Our only complaint is that there is no freezer compartment in the fridge. And if you put a small hanger for the towel next to the bathtub, it will be much more convenient.

Peace and quiet with mountain views
Pros: The apartment really looks exactly as in the photos. The advantage is the phenomenal view from the balcony, btw. you can see Kutelo hill (2.908m). The apartment is excellently furnished - there is a balcony, separate bedroom, couch, kitchen, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, etc. It is necessary to drive to Razlog and Bansko, there is a small shop nearby at the beginning of the street. There is an indoor and outdoor swimming pool for guests within the complex. Satisfaction for us.

Pros: Large, cozy and clean apartment. A small kitchen equipped with everything needed. Extraordinary view towards a golf course and mountains. Access to a pool, sauna, gym within a 2-minute distance. Shuttle bus that takes you to and from the gondola. Private parking in front of the location. It's a 15-minute drive from the Bansko gondola. Perfect value for the money!

Pros: Много уютно, просторно, чисто. Много сме доволни от престоя, със сигурност отново ще посетим. Спа към комплекса е чудесно, очаровани сме от парната баня♥️

Просторі апартаменти зі СПА
Pros: З балкону відкривається чудовий краєвид на гори. Сподобалось СПА (включено у вартість) і більярд (5 лев 1 гра) в сусідньому корпусі. Басейн досить великий, гарні сауни. Є достатьо місця для парковки біля будівлі. Помешкання досить просторе, великий хол з обідньою зоною. Чудове місце, щоб провести Свят вечір і Різдво! Гарна комунікація з власником, швидко реагує на повідомлення.

Pros: Posibilidad de usar el spa del hotel, buenas vistas desde el apartamento.
Cons: El edificio del apartamento está algo abandonado. No funcionaba la calefacción central y hay que conectar unos radiadores eléctricos. En el spa nos dijeron que nos darían toallas, pero no había nadie en recepción durante toda la tarde. La piscina no está muy caliente.

Pros: Апартамент с уникална гледка към планината. Разполага със комфортна спалня, голяма всекидневна с кухненски бокс с всичко необходимо и баня с вана. Тераса с фронтална гледка към планината и голф игрище. По- високи хора,може да имат неудобство, тъй като тавана е скосен. В цената влиза и ползване на СПА в хотел Terra.Има вътрешен и външен басейн,джакузи с топла вода, сауна, парна баня и фитнес. Любезен персонал. Джакузито е за 6 човека и водата в него е мътна, но топла, около 37 градуса.Сауната в един от дните не работеше, но като кажете на рецепция, я пускат. Вътрешният басейн е голям, но температурата е около 23- 25 градуса, за мен беше добре, но на други, може да им е хладно, особено през студените месеци. Разлог е на седем километра от хотела.
Cons: Телевизора е малък за разстоянието от дивана и е трудно да четеш субтитри.
