Rila Apartment

Pros: Despite the external appearance of the apartment block, inside the flat has been nicely decorated and is well maintained.

Pros: El apartamento está muy bien. Cómodo, limpio y bonito. Tuvimos un problema con la calefacción que no nos acarábamos con el aparato de aire y el dueño rápidamente nos ayudó. Todo perfecto.

Pros: Апартамента е с много хубаво разположение , голяма кухня с всичко необходимо , леглата бяха много удобни ! Точно на центъра на една крачка от всичко необходимо ! Също така беше топло !

Cons: Няма нещо да не ни хареса 😁

Pros: בעל הבית אדיב. החליף מקרר כשהראשון התקלקל. דירה. גדולה ל וזוג ו 2. מאובזרת.

Pros: Πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο, πολύ καλός και εξυπηρετικός ο ιδιοκτήτης, το διαμέρισμα είχε ότι χρειαζόμασταν για την διαμονή μας εκει

Cons: μια λίγο μεγαλύτερη τηλεόραση θα ήταν καλυτέρα :)

Pros: there is parking places in front of the flat, but is just free during the weekend. The apartment is comfy, clean and cosy. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need. the owner lives just below this flat, so if you need something, you might text him.

Cons: The air conditioner did not work, there was no remote control in the flat. the payment is in cash at the moment of arrival, it is a bit inconvenient.

Super obiekt tranzytowy.

Pros: Przyjazny Gospodarz i mila Pani wydająca klucze. Czystość w obiekcie. blisko centrum. Parking przy bloku. Świetne mieszkanie tranzytowe.

Cons: Brak - no może za miękki materac w łóżku małżeńskim - ale to już subiektywne odczucia.

If I return to Samokov, I will stay at this property again!!!!

Pros: Very convenient location near the market, Billa and Lidl, park, riverbank, not far from the main touristic attractions. The apartment itself is in a very good condition, well planned(simply piece of art!) and decorated, fully renovated a few years ago, clean and very well equipped with everything you need. In case if you need something else , you may simply ask the host to give you this, and it will be delivered in few minutes, cause the host lives nearby. About the parking: the big one near the entrance is paid, but it was not difficult to find a place not far from the building. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. Though she does not speak any languages except Bulgarian, you can write to her son (who answers via booking messenger) and communicate this way.

Cons: No freezer at the property. The entrance of the building is a bit shabby. The disadvantages were so minor compared to the benefits.
