Pros: Very nice host, and good coffee, free water dispenser, the apartment is big and comfortable. Two ac units with heat and cold, good for summer and winter. Close to a very nice restaurant, and kaufland.

Cons: A bit of smell of cats, there are so many cats around.

Pros: The apartment was very decent, in a good location near the center, clean and the owner was very kind and helpful. There is parking right below the apartment. I recommend it with reservations.

Pros: The location was superb, offering convenient parking. The apartment was exceptionally clean, and the spacious rooms were equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The owners speak English and Russian and were exceptionally kind and accommodating, enhancing our overall experience.

Value for money, nice

Pros: Big apartment Nice host Her son answers the phone listed on the booking confirmation, he speaks very good English The host barely speaks English but enough for the basic staff. Very well equipped kitchen Very quiet apartment Clean Water machine AC in one of the bedrooms and in the living room (kitchen is separated but not by wall or door so the AC from the leaving room is enough). Shower cabin (hard to find in Sandanski) Huge parking at the rear entrance to the building (near kindergarten)

Cons: Though there is a shower cabin, still water goes out from it, so you still have to clean water after showering. Apartment building is not locked but it seems the city is anyway pretty safe. Far from the center but for us it was not a problem since we stayed just for one night.
