Pros: I like everything. The whole apartment is very beautiful. Very clean, the host is exceptional. There is a very good restaurant near by (ECO). Do not forget to make reservation there because it is FULL.

Pros: Great apartment. Extremely clean and tidy. Wonderful staff. has everything you need for a short or long stay. We highly recommend it.

Cons: There is nothing we don't like.

Pros: The place was really spacious, clean, and comfortable. Our hosts were responsive and friendly. We were all exhausted when we arrived. It was a great place to recover from our busy trip!

Really pleasent and cosy

Pros: Very large and comfortable apartment. There was a parking lot in front of the property. The host was very nice and welcoming. The apartment is on a walking distance from really nice restaurants and from the Planetarium. The apartment is very cosy and equipped with everything you may need.

Pros: Big clean and luxurious apartment. Equipment with everything you need. Even in every room was an aromatic dispenser, including the toilet and bathroom . All the kichen staff you need , even coffee machine, sugar salt, tea. All different types of glassware and spoons, forks, knives. Greed location within walking distance from shops and bars. Very acceptable rent prices. At all they provide very luxurious apartament for very reasonable price. Highly recommended. It's a rarely good experience. Just keep it this way. With big pleasure, I will return to this apartment next year. Thank you for this good experience.

Spacious and clean apartment with a polite host.

Pros: The property was quite spacious and clean. The host was nice and made sure there were fruits, coffee and tea at the property.

Cons: The lights were weak especially in the bathroom. The ventilation in the toilet was not good as there was no fan. The windows in the second bathroom were not opening.

Pros: Excellent location, walking distance to the town centre with museums and restaurants. Very comfortable and spacious apartment, with all mod cons, really well equipped and very clean. Host was very friendly. I would recommend and would go back.

Excellent stay

Pros: The host was very polite and reacted quick on a short notice. It was very clean and if you decided to stay for longer, the apartment is equipped with everything you need.

A perfect spot to enjoy a very confortable stay in Smolyan at a very fair price.

Pros: Извинете, трябва да пиша после на английски. First the very kind, very attentive and always available hosts. Then the apartment, perfectly clean, very well equipped, and large enough for four persons. Very obviously the hosts have got very used to have guests and they do know how to deal with them and their expectations. Congratulations to them!

Cons: Small details like: a basket of fruits waiting for us, or buying especially for us both a tea pot and a coffee pot because we just mentioned we couldn't find any! A very rare and very well appreciated gesture.

Pros: Very clean and cosy apartment with all the facilities required for a nice stay.
