Lovely apartment in the heart of Sofia

Really lovely comfortable and clean apartment on quiet street but still very central.

Pros: A really lovely apartment. Very comfortable and spacious, and with everything you could want in it, from a hairdryer to kitchen utensils, and even oil and salt etc for cooking. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was powerful and warm. The whole place was very clean. The area was really nice. Very quiet but also very close to the centre, metro stations, shops, restaurants etc. It felt safe to come back to at night. It was very easy to find and collect the keys when I arrived, thanks to excellent instructions from the host that were sent a few days in advance. She also provided useful instructions about how to work the appliances in the apartment, and also recommendations for local amenities. Thank you for a really enjoyable stay!

Pros: Comfortable apartment with good location and good amenities. Safe neighbourhood with good option of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, etc.

Cons: The building looks old and lack of maintenance, but apartment is renewed and comfortable.

Pros: Транспортная доступность. метров 250 до метро, которое в Софии может доставить вас прямо в аэропорт!!! очень просторно в квартире, если вас не напрягает интенсивный запах нафталина как у моей бабушки в старой хрущевке. Отдельная кухня со всем необходимым. Удобный душ, хорошая сантехника в прекрасном гигиеническом состоянии. Очень оригинальный дизайн (березки, арт объекты и т.п.). Очень тихо ночью. Транспорта не слышно, как и соседей.

Cons: Запах нафталина в квартире, 4-й этаж без лифта с узковатой лестницей. (подниматься с чемоданами сложновато). Исходно было прохладно в холодное время года (осень) мы включали кондиционер на обогрев, но наверное можно было просто прибавить бы батареи центрального отопления, но мы не догадались это сделать. С кондеем стало тепло. Ремонт не новый, но очень уютно!!! Рекомендую!

Hübsches Apartment an hervorragender Lage, welches einem Lufterfrischer bedarf

Pros: Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und hübsch eingerichtet. Der Geschirrspüler und die Waschmaschine, wie auch die Wäscheleinen am Balkon waren sehr nützlich. Die Gastgeberin hat jeweils umgehend geantwortet.

Cons: Der Geruch. Die Schränke im Schlafzimmer sind unbenutzbar. Es riecht fürchterlich darin – dort möchte ich keine Kleidung ablegen. Ich bin gegen einen spezifischen Schimmelpilz allergisch und meine Nase war jeden Morgen aufs neue blockiert. Schimmelspuren konnte ich jedoch keine entdecken! Im Badezimmer hat es einen Abfluss im Boden, der wohl direkt in die Kanalisation führt, ohne Siphon, welches den Geruch von Abwasser aus der Wohnung halten würde. Alles zusammen ergibt eine eher abstossendes Odeur.

Pros: It was a full apartment. The bed was very comfortable and the place was very spacious. Really close from the center of Sofia, and it was very clean.

Cons: The towels can use an upgrade.
