Pros: The location is great, the place is very clean, the amenities are sufficient, and the bed is comfortable. A safe choice for solo travelers or couples

Pros: The apartment is spacious and has all the facilities mentioned on the website. Value for the money

Cons: The host has to be more responsible and professional since I got the lockbox code only on the next day. We were stranded in the middle of the night with no access to the apartment and had to book a new hotel for 1 night, which the host paid off as compensation. The host came up with the reason that he was sick and still, he could have sent the code at least a few hours earlier to avoid that terrifying experience for us in the middle of the night in a new place.

Perfecto para una corta estancia.

Pros: Habitacion àmplia . La calefacción perfecta. Está en una zona tranquila, en pocos minutos estás en el centro.

Cons: La cocina estaba muy mal equipada, faltaba menaje de cocina, y lo poco que había no estaba en buen estado. Tampoco había microondas o horno pequeño. La cama, aunque era cómoda, cada vez que te movías hacia ruido

Pros: Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη και ασφαλή γειτονιά, αρκετά κοντά στο κέντρο αφού μπορεί κανείς να προσεγγίσει τα βασικά αξιοθέατα της πόλης σε 15-20’ με τα πόδια. Υπάρχουν σε κοντινή απόσταση εμπορικά καταστήματα, super market, φούρνοι, καφετερίες , εστιατόρια, fast food. Το κατάλυμα είναι πολύ άνετο,με πλήρη οικιακό εξοπλισμό που συμβάλλει σε μια αξιοπρεπή κι άνετη διαμονή, χωρίς απρόοπτα. Η πρόσβαση είναι πολύ εύκολη, σύμφωνα με τις έγκυρες και έγκαιρες οδηγίες του διαχειριστή, που του αναγνωρίζω κάθε προσπάθεια να λύσει προβλήματα και να καλύψει τυχόν ανάγκες, με ευγένεια και θετική διάθεση. Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα, θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά.

Cons: Δεν υπήρξε κάτι αρνητικό στην επιλογή μας ,αλλά κι ένα μικρό θέμα που προέκυψε λύθηκε άμεσα από τον διαχειριστή.

Good Stay with All Essentials

Pros: I recently stayed at 23 Central 1. The apartment was of good size, comfortably accommodating our group. The kitchen was particularly well-equipped, with all the essentials we needed to prepare meals, which was a big plus. The location was convenient, close to shops and public transport, which made getting around easy. If you're looking for luxury, this might not be the spot for you, but if you need a practical and affordable place with all the basics covered, it’s a solid choice.
