Pros: Good location, clean, modern facilities, good value, large apartment.

Cons: Outside looks a bit run down. No lights in the stairwell.

Sofia is a beautiful city that is worth visiting.

Pros: The apartment is newly renovated and modernly furnished. The living room is spacious with a generous sofa. The kitchen is very well equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven, toaster, coffee maker. The bedrooms are large and bright with plenty of storage space. The apartment has a bathroom with shower and a guest toilet. The apartment is located right in the city center. Numerous points of interest are within a few minutes' walk.

Cons: The mattresses could be firmer. The underground parking nearby costs 66 BGN for 24 hours.

Pros: דירה מרווחת, מושקעת מאוד, מאובזרת בצורה טובה, חדשה, מודרנית ומפנקת. בעלים מאוד נעים ומסביר פנים, גמיש. מיקום הדירה - מרכזי מאוד, קרוב בהליכה למרכז ההסטורי של העיר, ולמקומות בילוי. נגיש לתחבורה ציבורית.

Cons: הבנין עצמו ישן, כניסה לבנין ולחדר מדרגות פחות נעימים אבל המיקום סופר מרכזי והדירה מקסימה - זה מחפה על הכניסה.

Simplesmente deslumbrante

Pros: Maravilhoso, excelente, tudo impecável, a proprietária muito prestativa e atenciosa. O apartamento superou nossas expectativas, tudo de muito bom gosto, belíssimo, com eletrodomésticos que você precisar. A localização é excelente, próxima de vários pontos turísticos. A entrada do prédio é antiga, porém dentro do apartamento é tudo novo. Camas e travesseiros confortáveis Tudo muito limpo, roupas de cama e banho cheirosas. A televisão é Smart TV, internet rápida. Super recomendo. Parabéns aos proprietários pelo zelo e cuidado com o apartamento.

Amazing apartment for the whole family!

Pros: The apartment is wonderful, spacious with high end appliances and furniture. It is very well decorated. The location is great for visiting foreigners and even for native Bulgarians. We did not miss anything and we felt as if we were at home. The hosts were very easy to reach and very responsive. We will definitely stay again at this property. Thank you, Dimitar & Yulia.

Pros: El apartamento es muy bonito, cómodo y muy agradable, nos sentimos como en casa. Muy cálido, nos sorprendió la temperatura tan buena que tenía cuando fuera hacia bastante frío.

Pros: Piso totalmente reformado y con todo el equipamiento, muy limpio y super centrico... nos gusto mucho.

Best place in town, was sorry to leave

Pros: It was exceptional, very modern, spacious, loved the well it was decorated, and supplied with everything you need. Not to forget the location, it’s in the best place in town by the pedestrian section with side walk cafes, restaurants, elegant stores.
