Pros: The location near the center and metro and parking is available at any time the apartment is big with special garden temperature of the room is perfect the owner is very kind and helping and caring about any information in the apartment we are thankful for them

Apartment with garden

Pros: Everything was perfect. Very easy check in, reserved parking spot, nice private garden. The flat is spacious and clean. Every room is air conditioned and well equipped.

Great stay, great value, we definitely are going to be back.

Pros: Petya was a very friendly, helpful host, he gave us specific instructions and responded to every our question and request. The apartament was very clean, spacious and modern, every room had its air conditioning which was great during summer in Sofia. Well equipped kitchen( we forgot to take out and clean the baking tray - so sorry!) lots of plates and glasses, modern TV, very nice garden, nice bathroom. 10 mins walk to metro station Vitosha which was perfect for us. Few bigger shops nearby, so i guess it's perfect for a family.

Cons: Nothing. There was construction works nearby, but the apartament was very nicely isolated, we slept perfecty.

Pros: New bright apartment and big enough for 4 people. Very well equipped kitchen to cook a real meal. The ground floor is big advantage specially if with elderly people. The beautiful garden is an extra high light to enjoy! Billa supermarket and Paradise Mall are in 5 min ride. Parking place just locates in front of the building. Very kind and helpful hostess!

Cons: Window screen will be nice to add.

Cons: The apartment's private parking lot was a bit tricky to identify, and was taken a few times by some car

Großartig und absolut Familienfreundlich

Pros: - Parkplatz vor der Tür - einfacher Check in - super sauber! - bequeme Betten - alle Kleinigkeiten erhalten ( von Waschmaschinentabs über Staubsauger bis hin zu Wäscheständer) - sehr sehr freundliche Vermieterin die sofort hilft bei allen Anliegen - modern eingerichtet und frisch renoviert - schnelle U-Bahn Anbindung in die Innenstadt (ganz kurzer Fußweg) - fußläufig Supermärkte, Restaurants und Einkaufszentren in der Nähe - unglaublich Familienfreundlich (Spielzeug, Babybett, Krabbeldecke, Gartenzugang)

Pros: Ubicació en una zona en desenvolupament de Sofia. Construcció jove amb un petit jardí. Hi ha petit Market a prop.

Cons: Falten utensilis cuina. Escurridor pasta, espatules i culleres.

Pros: Sehr schöne neuwertige und moderne Wohnung mit ausgezeichneter Ausstattung, eigener grüner Hinterhof, familien- und kinderfreundlich. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Neubau, nicht weit entfernt vom Einkaufszentrum Paradise Mall. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Cons: Es wird neben der Wohnung ein Mehrfamilienhaus tagsüber gebaut, allerdings ist der Lärm erträglich und wird von den Fenster perfekt gedämpft. Respekt!
