Bulgaria 🇧🇬

I recommend the property. Clean enough, spacious and quiet.

Pros: The place was quiet and comfortable. There were many places to park our car on Saturday evening. There was a supermarket in the same block and many restaurants nearby.

Cons: I asked for an earlier check-in which was denied.

October City Break

Pros: We stayed for two days on business. The place was easy to find, easy to get the keys. The building is modern, there's a reception desk downstairs. Surprisingly for me, it was warm in the room (in late October) and we even didn't use the AC. There are plenty of restaurants and bars.

Cons: These are more about the surroundings, not the studio itself. The neighbours (students) tend to be noisy till late at night. I mean laaaate at night. The streets around the building are narrow and packed with parked cars, which can make parking a challenge.

Pros: It was very spacious — a huge living room, kitchen, and bedroom, plus two balconies! The price was awesome as well. Also, I was wearing white socks the whole time, and they stayed white — that’s how clean the place was! :)

Clean and safe, but good only one for on night

Pros: The location is close to restaurants. Th property has a guardian and video cameras at the entrance. The apartment was clean and the AC was on when we arrived.

Cons: The kitchen has old machines and there is no caffe machine. The room cannot be described as “spacious”…

Pros: It was located in a quite area, a new building and very safe. Also, the apartment was clean and has everything you need.

Cons: Nothing to complain.

Great place, quiet and safe building, has random parking around the building and is clean.

Pros: Great location, a lot of fast food places 24/7 all around, free parking spots near the building, locked front door of the building. The apartment is cozy, warm, has a kitchen and nice bathroom.

Nice spacious, clean apartment with good facilities.

Pros: Nice spacious, clean apartment. Checkin and out was easy using a keysafe, good comms from the host. A distance from the centre, but Sofia has good public transport, and I found my way easily by Metro and bus. Comfortable bed, good working desk and Wi-Fi, nice and quiet at night. Washing machine very useful, as I needed to catch up with getting my clothes clean. Lots of students about in the area, it felt a safe area at night.

Cons: Nothing I can think of.
