The stay was very pleasant and there is nothing to complain about.
Pros: Location was great. I could get easily to famous Vitosh Boulevard just walking. Very good: nearby metro and tram stop. Very easy transportation in Sofia (you can pay on-the-fly with card) As I was also working some days with my notebook, I was also very happy to have access to high-speed and stable WiFi connection in the appartment. Huge flat TV: very nice to watch Netflix (but must use your own Netflix account) In summer air conditioner is a must. I was also glad to see, that there was an air conditioner in the living room and another one in one of the two bedrooms. Best of all: The hostess Maria is very attentive and answers questions promptly. I would and I will book this appartment again, when I will be back in Sofia.
Cons: Location might be a little bit noisy, because of the nearby tram. But it did not disturb me at all.

Pros: La signora Maria che gestisce la struttura è molto gentile e disponibile. Avevamo con noi una bambina piccola di 10 mesi ed è stata preziosa Maria per rendere accogliente il nostro soggiorno anche per la baby. Oltre alla culla, vi ha offerto anche un sediolone. Quartiere e condominio molto tranquillo e ben collegato con il centro città, con fermata metro e tram sotto casa.

Pleasurable. Would stay there again and this was my second stay at this location.
Pros: The open layout. AC works great! Nice amenities. Washer works great. Balcony and windows have views of the area. Spacious. Extras like, dish soap, laundry soap, coffee, sugar and many different things are there for cooking - spices, salt and pepper, pots, pans, utensils, etc.
Cons: There was nothing to dislike about the apartment. Electric car transportation is just outside the building. So, that is very convenient.

Piccola casa vicina al centro
Pros: Appartamento molto carino e pulito situato in zona strategica per muoversi sia a piedi che con i mezzi pubblici. Abbiamo avuto tutte le indicazioni necessarie per accedere in pochi istanti e per qualsiasi necessità il proprietario è sempre stato super disponibile e ha risposto rapidamente. La cucina è fornita di tutti gli elettrodomestici di base e ci sono piatti e bicchieri anche se sono un pochino scarse le padelle. Un tocco molto carino sono state le bibite fresche nel frigorifero. Bagno pulitissimo e lenziola fresche di lavaggio. Un tocco in più è stato il piccolo terrazzo che ci ha dato modo di fare delle colazioni/aperitivi in relax.
Cons: Confermo che, come ho in seguito letto anche in altre recensioni, il climatizzatore della camera funziona solo in modalità venuilatore. Per noi poco male ma d'estate può essere un problema. Anche il letto della camera è un pochino stretto per due persone, ma nulla di ingestibile per pochi giorni.
