Great location, apartment is near to crossroads of underground (Serdica), Without contact with owner

Pros: Near to app. is caffeterie, fishshop, pub and lot of monuments within walking distance. For 2 adults and 2 children (4 and 6 years) it was a good choice. Apt. was modern and clean(but slightly visible signs of older shower renovation). Detailed instructions to find a key and way to the flat.

Cons: Kitchen equipment - missing pot and wine opener, others were ok, but we didn't cook, The front door had to be pushed hard. We didn't use the balcony for pigeon droppings.

Very Recommended

Pros: Location was excellent. Everything was new and well kept. When we stayed, the weather was cold and even snowed, but the apartment was so cozy, even hot! My wife loved it! But I had to open the windows 😁. Even though it's at the heart of the city, the apartment is quiet and sound proof due to insulated windows.

Cons: I gave it a nine out of ten, due to the fact that there is no lift. We have children and had a stroller, and we had to carry it up to the first floor everytime we arrived at the loft. But if you don't have this issue, it's just a short climb to the first floor. Finally, the entrance to the property needs remodeling or at least a face lift. But once you enter the apartment, it's a whole different place! I would definitely recommend it and stay again with my wife and two children!
