Top Center Relax

Very cozy and central

Pros: Excellent location, right in the city center. There was parking available a couple of minutes away. The flat was cozy and clean. There were all utensils needed for eating in and possibly cooking. Communication with the host was easy. There are 2 electric heaters, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, and also the AC was heating nicely.

Cons: The bathroom was very narrow and it often smelled bad. The bed made cracking sounds on any movement

Pros: I liked the apartment very much. It was cosy and warm and had all the necessary facilities. The host was very cooperative and the communication was smooth. He even supplied coffee for our stay. The location is very central. I recommend it!

All round excellent.

Pros: Location safe and central. Assistance from owners. Parking near and safe for ladies to walk to the hotel at night. Note: Safe Parking nearby with attendant who needs keys to car to faciltate parking. Newly refurbished flat in central location. Good clean new furnishings in traditional style. Shop nearby and no dark alleys to get to hotel. Not cheap but Good value, and will return.

Excellent

Pros: The location is excellent, very close to NDK and to Vitosha boulevard, on a side street with plenty of shops and cafes in the area and lots of nice houses and trees. The apartment itself is more spacious than I expected, with all the facilities one may require for a vacation and very cozy. Wifi also available. The area is very quiet at night, as it is not a main street. Everything was clean and welcoming. Bonus points for the parking, as it is extremely difficult to find parking in the center area and it is usually time limited. Extra bonus points for being pet friendly :) Next time I am in Sofia, I will definitely choose to stay here, if available.

Pros: Great location and the neighbourhood was quiet, the apartment was clean and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again if I have to be back in Sofia. Especially with the free parking.

Cons: Slightly dark and if you keep the windows open you hear people on the street.

Perfect central place in Sofia

Pros: First of all the communication with Mihail was very efficient, he communicates all details well before arriving, even sending pictures of the house to recognise it in the street. The secure parking is very close to the accomodation and is a real advantage if you travelling by car. The appartment is perfect, warm and quite.

Cons: Not so important but it would be nice to have a few hooks on the wall in the bathroom.

Excellent choice in the center of Sofia

Pros: Everything was perfect. Perfect location and the parking very convenient. Very fast replies from the host.

Pros: The communication with the host was excellent. The apartment is in a convenient location and suitable for our overnight stay. It was well-equipped and comfortable.

Cons: The sofa could do with a clean. There is a small gap in the wall between the living room and bedroom that you can see through if you are concerned about privacy. Curtains would be nice in the living area side window as the light enters at night. There is a parking space in a nearby small car park. It is a short walk, and not outside of the apartment. If you have a lot of heavy luggage you may want to pull the car up outside of the apartment entrance drop it off and then go and park. This is not the host's fault at all, but I will make you aware that the parking attendant was not there in the 24-hour secure parking area. We waited for around 10 minutes and another user told us to leave the keys inside the security cabin. Of course, we were not going to do that as anyone could have taken them. The cabin was not locked. The security man turned up eventually and he was very rude and obnoxious. My daughter is fluent in Bulgarian and he was aggressive with her. Also note, that cars can be blocked in by other vehicles and this is most likely why they want you to leave a key so that they can be moved when others want to get out. We did tell the security man that we would be leaving very early hours of the morning and he was not in the office when we left. Luckily no one was parked in front of our car. I think he needs to get another job where he does not have to deal with the public. As I said it is not at all the host's fault.

Pros: Nice, clean and well equipped apartment, 5 minutes far from city center and pedestrian zone. The hosts are friendly and available for any kind of help! We came to Sofia by car and safety parking place was provided close to the apartment.

Cons: ---

Great alternative to a hotel on a quiet street near main tourist sites.

Pros: Well situated for a conference in the palace of culture. Also walkable to city centre sites within 15 minutes. Host readily available. Excellent value for money.
