Stylish apartment

Pros: Our stay at this accommodation was outstanding in every way. The place was spotlessly clean, very well maintained, and exactly as described — even better than expected. The level of cleanliness was exceptional and made us feel comfortable from the very first moment. Emil, the owner, was absolutely amazing. He was extremely kind, helpful, and always available to assist us with anything we needed. He provided very clear and detailed information about the area, transportation, and local tips, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is another great advantage. The apartment is right next to the Spartak swimming pool, less than a five-minute walk away. The European Union metro station is just a five-minute walk from the property, offering direct and easy access to and from the airport. Overall, this accommodation exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it and would definitely choose it again without hesitation.

Very cozy appartment in Sofia

Pros: You have everything you need in the appartment. Plus it was close to the place where I had to attend the daily conferences. Emil also organized me a taxi to drive me to the airport at 4:30 a.m.

A good place to stay near the center

Pros: A very comfortable small apartment (1 room and a bathroom), located near a metro station and close to the center. Has everything you need, a nice little terrace included. Has parking spots in front. The host is very friendly and easy to reach.

Cons: The bathroom is a bit small and if you want to take long showers, it's going to be a little uncomfortable:) Since I don't that's ok.

Very cozy and well equipped apartment, with a tiny technical issue

Pros: The apartment was well equipped with basic necessities such as towels, vacuum cleaner, kitchen appliances. Clean, tidy, well furnished and decorated (even though the Picasso child painting was kind of creepy). The location is really convenient as it's quiet during the night, but also within walking distance of a metro station, which makes getting around the city very easy. The temperature is surprisingly nice and cool inside even when it's hot outside. The owner is very nice and responsive - he told me the estimated cost of getting to the apartment by taxi from the airport which helped save me money because if I had booked a taxi using this site I would have overpaid around 2,5 times the average price. Also, he left us some candy bars on the kitchen table for when we first arrived, which was a very nice and pleasant surprise as we got there very late after a long journey.

Cons: The only thing that spoiled our stay a tiny bit and why this review isn't a 10 is the fact that there was a missing doorknob on the inside of the bathroom, which caused the person in there to get locked inside with no way out other than the other person opening it from the outside. The owner did provide us with a key to the bathroom, which combined with a piece of cardboard used to block the locking mechanism of the doorknob helped us to overcome this issue, be it in a pretty primitive way, and still unoptimal to use. To be fair, the owner said that the doorknob was broken by previous visitors and he wanted to fix it as quick as possible, but the replacement knob unfortunately didn't come in time for our stay. That means that it might not be a problem soon, and I hope that's true, because we really enjoyed our stay apart from that. Just as a bonus, the whole \
