Great place, and I was reassured about check-in by the propert owner.

Pros: The location is great. It has a nice view, and is near a metro station.

Cons: There was no soap to wash my hands.

Functional and modern apartment in Lozenetz

Pros: The apartment was very functional and had everything we needed. The staircase was beautifully decorated and very clean and so was the apartment. We liked the view to Vitosha and the spacious bathroom. Everything was new and modern.

Value for money and excellent communication.

Pros: Communication with the host was fast and easy. Appartments are new, big, very comfortable bed, easy access and he gave us a private parking and there is also parking space outside the building. Only 10 minutes by car to the centre. Quiet neighbourhood. Heating and AC included. We will definitely go for more days and I recommend this place

Pros: Big studio, really comfortable for 4 persons, clean.

Cons: Small bathroom, but it can be not comfortable for oversized people)

Pros: The ease of arriving and leaving was amazing. We had 3 of the apartments/studios booked for 11 people and it was perfect! We had everything we needed and it was super clean and comfortable. The location was super central, quiet, and easy to get to everything we wanted and the price value for the places are great. I can only recommend staying here :)

Cons: Only the bathrooms in the 2BR apartments have a bit of a weird layout with the sink being in the shower but not a major problem.

Pros: I like the location and very easy access .I received the code for the apartment 1-2 hours before 2 pm. It was nice and clean ,very spacious!I had a complimentary still water .

Cons: A bit darker even with the lights on which wasn't BBC a problem .Advice for changing the sockets with new ones for usb ,at least at one place .

Cosy cool flat in a great location with awesome terraces

Pros: My 2nd stay here. I like the location. Lower Lozenets is a nice quiet part of Sofia just south of the center and between two big parks. There is public transport but it is also within walking distance of the center. The flat has dark curtains that keep the flat cool in +30 degrees and nice to be able to sleep in darkness, half the flats I have stayed at in Sofia doesnt have dark curtains in the bedroom. I didnt even have to use the aircon much because of the curtains. Great terraces to enjoy the sun or have friends over for a drink. Nice view of Vitosha included.

Cons: I would be nice with a washing machine, then I would stay the whole summer.

Pros: Nice view with the mountains 🙂 Park and stadium are in walk distance.

Good place!

Pros: Getting to the property was easy, and check-in was smooth. Having a private parking area was also a big plus. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. We also had a wonderful dinner at an excellent restaurant called THIRSTY KITCHEN just 100 meters from the property — highly recommended!

Cons: The large number of windows and the fact that the room was on the ground floor made us feel a bit uneasy. In particular, there was a small blinking light in the room — possibly a sensor — that was quite distracting and made us feel slightly concerned. Additionally, there were wooden slats placed to cover part of the wall, which looked a bit unusual and made it hard to tell what was behind them. Another detail that didn’t make us feel entirely secure was that the room door used only a code for access, rather than a key, which gave the impression that anyone with the code could enter easily. That said, the place itself is lovely — great location, private parking, and thoughtful amenities like tea, coffee, slippers, and toiletries. Everything inside was well prepared; we just didn’t feel completely secure during our stay.
