Central located 1BDR peaceful apt Fast Wi-fi

Short, but good visit

Pros: As a Bulgarian living abroad and not from Sofia I find the location of the apartment easy to access. The self check in system is extremely convenient for late arrivals and gives no pressure to the guest. The building is quiet and I haven’t heard any noise. The apartment is freshly renovated and very clean. Location is close to underground station and in walking distance to most of the tourist attractions. The price is competitive, as for these money you could get a room in cheap hotel with questionable hygiene.

Cons: Nothing.

Everything was as described and shown on the pictures!

Pros: Nice and well equipped apartment in a residential neighborhood close to the city-centre. From the balcony you can see the mountains. There is a big LIDL market around the corner. The apartment has really all you need during your stay. The hosts are extraordinarily friendly and forthcoming.

Well equiped, responsive staff but DO NOT FLUSH TOILET PAPER. (Or anything other than body waste)

Pros: The property was clean and well equiped. Masses of storage. Air conditioning worked well on the hot summer days. Staff responded very quickly to a plumbing issue we encountered. Flat walk of about 15-20 mins to town, but there’s a lid’l across the road, so you don’t have to haul groceries very far.

Cons: I know it’s an old building and individual owners can’t change the plumbing for the entire place, but toilet paper is not flushable here, nor were we told that. This lead to a big issue the morning after we arrived. Which was attended to quickly, but still, for the rest of our stay, in temperatures over 30°c we had to put used toilet paper in a bin, and no additional bin liners were provided to enable daily emptying of the bin. We had to improvise 😩 as the smell from upset tummies in a new country was getting a bit much. Shower only has half a screen so the whole bathroom floods when you use it. But there is a squeegee provided to push it all back into the drain. (Also came in handy on toilet overflow day)

Considering the last two days (that could be arranged by owner to start demolishing after we leave),

Pros: everything was OK. Location was great. The apartment, though old, but was clean and nice.

Cons: The last two days were hell. The apartment next to ours started demolishing and made lots of noise. Except fo rthese two days the rest was great.

Pros: A very comfortable and well furnished apartment with good views of the mountains from the rear balcony. The location is very convenient with supermarkets and the city centre an easy walk. The building itself is quite old but the apartment has been well renovated as per the pictures. The entrance door is opposite the middle of the exterior ambulance parking bays.

Nice and tidy place

Pros: Perfect location and easy to find. Clean and tidy space.

Cons: A bigger bed would be an advantage.

Pros: Appartment is new, clean, fully equiped. It's located near busy road, but at the same time it was quite at night as the bedroom looks at courtyard. Highly recommend for renting.

Excellent apartment

Pros: Thanks to the owners! A wonderful and quiet place, a large apartment, comfortable surroundings, very clean. Recommendation for those looking for rent: do not even doubt - this is an excellent option for your temporary stay and rest.
