Very comfortable new apartment if a bit pricey
Pros: A comfortable apartment, with a huge very comfortable double bed! Nicely decorated, in a new building, in a very nice area of Sofia. It has its own dedicated spacious parking spot in an underground garage. There is a balcony with a partial mountain view in the 1st floor apartment that we stayed. There are 2 big smart TV’s in the living room and the bedroom as well, with access to Netflix for guests. That was appreciated as guest access is not common in other rental apartments. There is also a fast charging point for EV’s , by Fines charging, about 200 meters down the road. The hosts were quick to respond and gave precise instructions.
Cons: We did not encounter any problems. Just a couple of minor suggestions: A microwave oven and an astray at the balcony would be appreciated. The parking garage door appears to stay open all the time. Did not bother us though. Regarding the price, it was rather pricey, compared with other apartments in the district, without having a similar high-rise view. It goes some way to make it up by offering plenty of room space instead.

Pros: I didn't really understand why, we were moved to another location, which was exceptional! With minor mishaps, everything was ok! Be careful when exiting the garage, it's narrow and on a slope! I recommend it!

Pros: It is exactly like in photos, clean, confortabile. The apartment has everything, you can easily live there for a few days or weeks. Quite as there are lots of buildings around where nobody lives there
Cons: The parking area, we were told that the door is broken and couldn’t be close. The building is still in construction not finished yet.

Spacious, modern and cousy apartment! I wish we stayed longer.
Pros: Easy and fast check in. Apartment design is fantastic! Huge tv, washing and drying maschine, coffee maschine, nice details...🤩It was very clean and neat. The shower is faboulous and spacious! Comfortable bed, new building, new furniture... Excellent! There is also nice and modern wodden baby cot, for small babies.
Cons: It would be better if sofa was pullout bed, because yellow chair that becomes bed is not comfortable at all. It was not good idea to put pillowcase on one of the sofa's pillows beacuse it was very hard. Few extra pillows would be great.☺️☺️ Parking spot in the garage is super, but the garage door stayed open entire night. Good thing there are camera's all over the garage, however, anyone could aproach to the car. The building is brand new , so i believe that some of these tthings will be fixed soon. There is nice esspresso maschine, but there were no cups that could fit to poor coffee into. I missed that small press - that coffee can be pressed with, inside the handle were you put coffee. So, coffee went poor😕☺️ Other than this, everything was great!

Pros: Everything was great. The apartment was very clean. It is spacious and comfortable and has everything needed. It has easy access. The host is very responsive and cooperative. We had fantastic time in there. The contactless checking in and out is very convenient extra.

Pros: Спасибо, все нормально. По сути, нам нужно было просто переночевать и отдохнуть по дороге. В этом плане - все хорошо. Квартира - достаточно комфортная, найти легко, простое самостоятельное заселение и выселение. Нам предоставили место для машины в подземном паркинге. Все понравилось.
Cons: Несколько мелких нюансов, о которых владелец, возможно, не в курсе. 1) Осторожно: на балконе, если сидеть на стуле, твердый и острый нижний кронштейн крепления кондиционера находится опасно рядом от виска. Лично я обмотал бы чем-то мягким (чтобы кто-то случайно головой не приложился). 2) Странно, что балкон от соседского балкона отделен только низкой прозрачной перегородкой. Возможно, это - временное явление. Пока в соседней квартире никто не живет - ОК. Но когда там кто-то появится, то даже малейшей приватности на балконе не будет вообще. 3) рядом с холодильником в плитке на полу - дырка. Наверное, кто-то из прошлых гостей уронил что-то тяжелое. Если сразу не заделать - начнет попадать вода от мойки пола, и может плитка вся отстать.
