Central Apartment Parking Two Bedrooms Sky Terrace

Pros: Absolutely amazing apartment in the perfect central location! You can walk to all the main attractions, the metro is less than two blocks away, and the tram is right on the corner. Super convenient! Private parking available if you’re driving. The apartment is charming, spotless, modern, and cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and the host was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Surrounded by great restaurants, bars, and shops. I would 100% stay here again — highly recommended! ✨

Pros: The apartment was close to a supermarket, an excellent bakery (Furna) and a short walk from a great coffee shop (Doppio). The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable for being with the family, we loved the view and having a kitchen to cook some meals was great.

Cons: The beds in the main room were a little uncomfortable and it seems Sofia in general runs on AC. To keep the apartment warm we had to use ACs in each room rather than the wall mounted heaters.

A nice apartment despite some issues

Pros: A very big and recently renovated, modern apartment very close to the center of Sofia. Private parking is certainly a bonus, albeit you have to interrupt traffic for both pedestrians and cars while unlocking the doors.

Cons: We had an issue with the A/C units, with outside temperature of 10-15 C and central heating not available (yet?) the apartment felt rather cold. As we were there for only 2 nights there was no time to fix it. The manager of the property was as helpful as she could be even though she was not in the country. Nevertheless we would stay there again.

An excellent choise!

Pros: The apartment was renovated really nicely. It was clean and comfy. We really enjoyed the beds and had a good sleep. There was quiet and the mattresses and pillows were great. The apartment had two showers and two toilets. This was a big plus. The host was always available, if there was anything you needed help with. The corresponding with her was pleasant and friendly. The locatipn was excellent. If you needed public transportation, you didn't need to walk far. Also there was a really good italian restaurant 'casa dei barone' just around the corner and also a great bakery 'furna' close to the apartment. In the evenings we liked to watch netflix on the plush sofa. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Cons: Can't figure anything out.

Pros: Very elegant, clean and spacious apartment. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host is helpful and unobtrusive.

Great modern clean spacious place to stay in Sofia with parking

Pros: Modern, clean, good location, everything as it is in the pictures. Friendly host. Excellent WiFi. Was hot in Sofia in June but three air-conditioning units helped to stay cool. Nice fluffy towels. Kitchen equipment was top notch and the kitchen spacious.. Bed mattresses bit soft. Floor and tiling new and clean. Large TV with cable and Netflix Parking was suitable- takes a bit getting used to with the multiple doors but that was properly communicated in advance. Elevator also old but functional- as also communicated beforehand. Very minimal noise from the tram but nothing to stress about. Interesting that you have both East and West oriented balconies and windows- very sunny.

Cons: Occasionally the floor of the bathroom got wet as the shower overflowed- something to check if it can be improved.

Definitely a must stay place when in Sofia

Pros: Easily one of the best apartments I have ever stayed in Europe. The apartment essentially is for four persons and since it was just me and my friend, we were very comfortable. The two bathrooms are well defined and the owner has packed the apartment with proper amenities such as a coffee machine and other kitchen items. The balcony is beautiful with a see-through glass . Overall, even location wise, the apartment is right in the city Centre and walking distance from all important landmarks, including the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral. The train station and the Metro Station are also within 300 mt of the apartment. The view from the many balconies is also fabulous

Cons: The staircase, however, is old and the lift even older. Both take some time to get used to. The lift works just fine after the initial eccentricity subsides. It is quite safe.

We would definitely come back again.

Pros: The apartment is spacious, modern, and bright. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay, and for us, a big plus was the fact that the duvets are separate and not one shared one, which turned out to be a problem at other places in Sofia. I can even say that it looks better in person than in the photos. A big advantage is the parking spot, and the location is top-notch if you want to be within walking distance of the city center.

Pros: Great location, super spacious and clean, garage is an added value. Easy self check in and check out

Cons: One of the reasons we booked this place were 2 bathrooms but when we arrived we were told that only one works. A bit of disappointment as the price didn't change ;-)

Great place to stay on Sofia

Pros: The apartment is a good size with two large bedrooms and two proper bathrooms (shower and toilet). Kitchen had what we needed: fridge, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, kettle and coffee machine. The balcony at the back was perfect for a bit of sun and fresh air. The lounge room was also a good size. There is a supermarket really close by and it’s an easy walk to main restaurant area.

Cons: Not so much didn’t like but think it’s important to note that there are about 10 stairs to get to the lift to go up and then the same again when you get out of the lift.
