Strongly recommended

Pros: Very close to historical city center. Comfortable rooms with a good wifi and easy to access. Free parking is a great advantage. House owner's welcome message after I completed the reservation was a signature of a very kind hospitality.

Cons: Since we were traveling during a rainy season, our shoes got wet, and we didn't want to walk around the house with wet shoes and get everything dirty. Unfortunately, there are no disposable slippers available in the apartment. This is the most significant problem for us. Also, the parking lot does not belong to the landlord. They provide parking spaces for their customers by paying a fee to a paid parking lot. However, the parking lot pays attention to check-in and check-out times. Since we parked our car before check-in, we had to pay for 2 hours.

Pros: Good location close to the centre, parking is a plus. Appartment in a quite house and location.

Cons: one of the beds was very unconfy (IKEA low cost style), would prefer to change the matress at least...

Pros: The appartment is just like in the pictures and it was clean. Owner was very helpful and answered all our questions. Location is in the city center, near a metro station and many restaurants.

Pros: secured parking, although you have to walk around 5 mi. to the property and , in case you have a lot of luggage, this can be cumbersome fully equipped kitchen

Cons: the 2 beds in one of the bedrooms are actually extensible chairs covered with a thin mattress ; the same mattress, but doubled in size is found in the other bedroom covering a low and, thus, not very comfortable bed. the bathroom is large but with somber gray walls and unpractically organised : the shower is in the same area and very close to the toilet seat and there are 2 lamps hanging from the ceiling ust above the sink, making very difficult to use it in stand position

Pros: Абсолютно всичко е едно към едно със снимки и описание. Страхотна локация. Безпроблемен достъп до апартамента. Навременна комуникация. Наблизо има всичко необходимо. Спирката на метрото е една ръка разстояние, НДК, всичко в центъра. Супер удобен за туристи, особено като се има предвид и безплатния паркинг към апартамента. Чисто, направено със стил и мисъл.

Prime location, nice setup, requires a bit more maintenance to shine!

Pros: I liked that the property is charmingly renovated in a modern industrial style. It’s spacious with high ceilings, located in a prime spot near NDK. There’s also the option for parking in a 24-hour guarded lot, even though it's 800 meters away. The host was very friendly and accommodating.

Cons: I didn't like the strong sewage smell, which I assume is why the door to the terrace is kept slightly open. The windows were dirty, and there was noticeable dust. The bed was uncomfortable, as it didn't have a proper mattress and protector—just two foam pads stacked on top of each other.
